Food is a bridge for people from different countries and nationalities to establish friendship.  On 22^nd April 2023, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau and International Student Association of UM jointly organised “International Food Culture Night”. Students from Brazil, Angola, Vietnam and Malaysia gathered in MCM College’s Master Dining Room. Everyone first worked in groups to make their favorite hometown delicacies, and then presented them while chatting to each other. During the activity, the students established new friendships and learned about the preparation and other information about those delicious dishes.
