要求：
- 經驗：不限
- 資格：澳門大學本科或研究生在學學生
- 語言：能操流利廣東話、普通話或英語
- 電腦技能：熟悉使用Microsoft Word、Excel及中文輸入法
報酬：澳門元48元/小時
工作日期：2023年5月開始
時間：
- 辦公時間：星期一至五10:00至13:00及14:30至17:30
- 按學生上學時間編排每月之工作時間表，每週工時不超過15小時
工作地點：N6行政樓行政部採購處
工作內容：
- 協助公證員處理公證合同事宜
- 協助聯繫供應商
- 日常文書處理及文件送遞
- 處理其他被指派之工作

Recruitment of Student Trainee for ADMO-PCT
Requirements:
- Experience: Not limited
- Qualification: Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in UM
- Language: Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin or English
- Computer skills: Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Remuneration: MOP48 / hour
Date: Starting from May 2023
Time:
- Office hours: 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
- Work schedule to be arranged in accordance with student’s studying timetable,
15 working hours per week maximum.
Work location: ADMO-PCT, N6 Administration Building
Job description:
- Assist Notary in handling notary contracts
- Assist in contacting suppliers
- Assist in handling daily documentation and delivery of documents
- Assist in other duties as assigned
