Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to announce that the University is going to present the “Long Service Award” and “Outstanding Administrative Staff Award” to express our heartfelt appreciation to our full-time staff for their long-term commitment and contribution, as well as to recognize our administrative staff who have outstanding performance.

The details of the “Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony” are as follows:

Date: 17 May 2023 (Wednesday)
Time: 15:00 – 17:00
Venue: University Hall (N2)
Rundown:
  • Opening Speech by the Rector
  • Presentation of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award & Most Creative Slogan Award
  • Presentation of Long Service Award (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service)

 

All colleagues are welcome to attend the ceremony to celebrate the joyous and memorable moment with the awardees. For interested colleagues (non-awardees*), please register by filling in the e-form (LINK) on or before 12 May 2023 (Friday).

* NOTE: Awardees of Long Service Award have been invited for registration by email. As for the awardees of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award, invitation will be sent out by email in due course.
