Dear Students,

The Institute of Applied Physics and Materials Engineering (IAPME) is recruiting student trainees for general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Provide support to general counter services;
– Perform general clerical work;
– Assist in event coordination;
– Provide assistance to design posters or other graphics;
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
– Year 1 or 2 students are preferred;
– Good command of English and Chinese;
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
– Punctual, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.

Stipend and Working Hours:
– Hourly rate: MOP 48 per hour
– Regular working timeslots for student trainees: Monday to Friday
   > Morning session: 10:00-13:00 (3 hours)
   > Afternoon session: 14:00-17:30 (3.5 hours)
– Able to work from June / July 2023 will be prioritized for consideration
