ICTO將對SSL VPN系統進行安全性升級,升級的目的是提高系統及用戶端的安全性。

為減低對用戶的影響,升級將會分兩階段進行: 

  • 首階段(2023年6月28日中午12:00至下午2:30 )
  • 次階段(2023年6月29日中午12:00至下午2:30 )

在此期間,用戶可能會感覺到SSL VPN 服務的中斷情況,我們會儘力將影響減至最少並於升級工作完成後儘快恢復有關服務。

系統完成升級後,ICTO電腦的Pulse Secure客戶端將自動升級Ivanti Secure Access Client。圖標將更改為以下內容:

Details

ICTO will perform security upgrade on SSL VPN system in order to enhance security of the system and clients.

To minimize the impact on users, the upgrade will be carried out in two phases:

  • First Phase(28 June 2023, 12:00 p.m. to 14:30 p.m.)
  • Second Phase(29 June 2023, 12:00 p.m. to 14:30 p.m.)

During the said period, users may experience interruption when using the SSL VPN service. We will try to minimize the impact as much as possible and resume services once the upgrade works are completed.

After the system upgrade, the SSL VPN client (Pulse Secure) on ICTO computers will be automatically upgraded to the new Ivanti Secure Access client.  The icon will be changed to the following:

If you use Pulse Secure on your personal computer not provided by ICTO, please download and execute the following new SSL VPN client to complete the upgrade.
