If you are still using the old format [userid@umac.mo] to log into any of the following services or applications, please note that starting from 9:00 a.m. on November 13, 2023, you will need to follow the relevant steps below.

Service / Application Steps
Wireless Network *
eduroam
  • Please login with the format [userid@um.edu.mo]
UMPASS Authentication Service
  • If you encounter any problems, please refresh the UMPASS web page and try again.
Staff Email Service / UM@Connect
  • Outlook client may disconnect or prompt for input user name and password, please restart Outlook client and log in with your UMPASS.
  • If you cannot access mailbox, please reconfigure your email setting.
Office 365 ProPlus
  • Please sign out and re-login all Office 365 applications.
Microsoft OneDrive
  • Please close and reopen OneDrive sync app.
  • If a user shared OneDrive files with others, the links will no longer work. The user will need to re-share the files.
Microsoft OneNote
  • Please close and reopen OneNote notebooks stored in OneDrive. Previous file links in the Recent list will no longer work.

* ICTO sends individual email to affected users.

UMPASS認證服務
  • 如果您在登入UMPASS認證服務時遇到任何問題，請刷新頁面並重試登入。
職員電郵服務 / UM@Connect
  • Outlook 用戶端可能會斷開連接或彈出輸入帳戶及密碼的視窗，請重新開啟 Outlook 用戶端並登入您的 UMPASS。
  • 如果您發現無法存取郵箱，請重新配置您的電子郵件設定。

  • 請關閉並重新開啟同步處理應用程式。
