According to the weather news announced by the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau, Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 will be cancelled on 6 September 2024 from 14:00.  The University has the following arrangements:

  1. Arrangements of Classes
    • Classes beginning at or after 16:00 will be held as scheduled, but all outdoor teaching activities of today will be cancelled.
    • Please refer to the Registry’s website (https://reg.um.edu.mo/bad-weather-arrangement/) for the detailed “Arrangements of Classes and Final Examinations during Typhoons or Rainstorms in Macao”.

Kindly note that it is only applicable to students who begin or resume their studies in academic year 2024/2025. Current students will be charged for related tuition fees by the original tuition schemes.
