如 閣下於2025年2月內尚未收到該權益報表,可與下列宏利代表查詢:

如 閣下欲更新聯絡資料(如通訊地址、電郵等),可透過以下方式:

We would like to inform that the Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”) has sent the “Provident Fund Employee Benefit Statement 2024” to those who have joined the provident fund scheme by post on 04 February 2025.
If you have not yet received the statement within February 2025, you may contact the following Manulife representatives for assistance.
- Ms. Carmen LEONG (Contact No.: 853-66817711; Email: sm_leong@manulife.com.hk), or
- Mr. Eric LEONG (Contact No.: 853-66832727; Email: eric_leong@manulife.com.hk).
If you would like to update the contact information (e.g. correspondence address, email address, etc.), you can select one of the following ways:
- Login to the Manulife’s personal account [https://www.manulife.com.hk] (suggest to copy this link to Google Chrome for browsing), and go to the page “Profile->Contact information” to update the contact information; or
- Complete the “Change of Contact Details Form” (Attachment 1) and submit to the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration (ADMO-HRS) (N6-4018), our Section will assist to forward the form to the Manulife.
In addition, those who have not joined and are interested to apply for the provident fund scheme, please fill in and submit the “Provident Fund Enrollment Form” (Attachment 2) to HRS. For details, please visit the website of ADMO (Link).
