         茲通知N1聚賢樓及N2大學會堂將於2024年10月25日至12月7日進行外牆檢查及修繕工程。工程期間將會在外牆部分位置搭建棚架並圍封附近地面，各出入口仍可照常通行；另外，工程亦會產生少量灰塵及嘈音。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

Please note that the Inspection and Renovation Works of N1 UM Guest House and N2 University Hall Exterior Walls from 25 October to 7 December 2024. During the works, scaffolding will be erected at part of exterior wall and the surrounding area at ground floor. The entrance will be opened as usual. Besides, generation of dust and noise are expected. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.

Paint Refurbishment Works of S1 Postgraduate House Exterior Walls from July to October 2024

         茲通知於2024年7月下旬至10月下旬，S1研究生宿舍南一座將進行外牆油漆翻新工程。施工期間會產生噪音、灰塵和異味，且工程區域將會搭建棚架。建議住戶於施工時段關閉面向棚架的窗戶，以保障安全。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

Please note that the Paint Refurbishment Works of S1 Postgraduate House Exterior Walls will be conducted from Late-July to Late-October 2024. During the working period, noise, dust and odor will be generated, scaffolding platform will be erected at relevant area. Therefore, it is recommended to close the window facing the scaffolding platform to protect your safety during the working period. Please refer to the attached work location plans for your information.
