各位同學及同事們：

         茲通知S8薈萃坊將於2024年9月19日至11月15日進行外牆油漆翻新工程。工程期間將會在外牆搭建棚架並圍封附近地面，各出入口仍可照常通行；另外，工程亦會產生少量灰塵及嘈音。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

        如有垂詢，請聯絡本處曾先生（電話：8822 8091）或校園管理熱線查詢（電話：8822 8700）查詢，如非辦公時間內遇到緊急事故，請即致電保安中心（電話：8822 4000）。

Please note that the Paint Refurbishment Works of S8 University Mall Exterior Walls will be conducted from 19 September to 15 November 2024. During the works, scaffolding will be erected at exterior wall and the surrounding area at ground floor. The entrance will be opened as usual. Besides, generation of dust and noise are expected. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.

Paint Refurbishment Works of S3 Postgraduate House Exterior Walls from Mid-August to Late-October 2024

各位同學及同事們：

         茲通知於2024年8月中旬至10月下旬，S3研究生宿舍南三座將進行外牆油漆翻新工程。施工期間有部分出入口會封閉，請按照指示進出宿舍；同時會產生噪音、灰塵和異味，且工程區域將會搭建棚架，建議各學生房間於施工期間關閉面向棚架的窗戶，以保障安全。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

        如有垂詢，請聯絡本處孔先生（電話：8822 8566）或物業管理公司（電話：8822 2518）查詢，如非辦公時間內遇到緊急事故，請即致電保安中心（電話：8822 4000）。

Please note that the Paint Refurbishment Works of S3 Postgraduate House Exterior Walls will be conducted from Mid-August to Late-October 2024. During the working period, some entrances will be closed, please use the entrance according to the sign; noise, dust and odor will also be generated. Since scaffolding platform will be erected at relevant area, therefore, it is recommended to close the window of the units facing the scaffolding platform to protect your safety during the working period. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.

　　茲通知於2023年10月12日至11月30日，S8薈萃坊之南面及西面外牆將進行防水修繕工程。施工期間會產生噪音且施工區域將會搭建棚架及臨時圍封附近地面，各出入口通道門仍可照常通行。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

　　茲通知於2023年6月22日至8月11日期間，E11科技學院東面及南面外牆及天面將進行防水修繕工程。工程期間將會在外牆搭建棚架並圍封附近地面，但各出入口通道門仍可照常通行，敬請留意現場指示，同時工程期間亦會產生灰塵和嘈音。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

Please note that the waterproofing repair works will be conducted at the east & south side of external walls and roof tops of E11 FST from 22 June to 11 August 2023. During the working period, scaffolding platform will be erected at exterior wall and the surrounding area on ground floor will be enclosed, but the doors of entrance will be opened as usual. Please pay attention the on-site instructions when passing by these areas, as well the dust and noise will be generated. Please refer to the attached work location plans for your information.
