Recruitment of Student Trainee for the Alumni and Development Office (Application Deadline: 18/10/2023)

Dear Students,

Alumni and Development Office (ADO) is now looking for student trainee to assist their design jobs, general administrative tasks and events with the following details:

Job duties

·         Assist in designing posters and making short video;

·         Assist in handling daily documentations and general enquiries;

·         Be responsible for office reception;

·         Perform data inputting;

·         Assist the activities and events organized by the office;

·         Assist on other ad-hoc assignments and duties.

Requirements:

·         Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office and other design software (like Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator);

·         Good in speaking and writing Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

·         Polite and strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;

·         Can work on fixed working schedule and weekend are priority for consideration.

Hourly Rate:

MOP48.00 per hour

Working Location:

ADO Office (N6-2021)
