【活動報名】2023年港澳與內地高校師生交流計畫暨“雙創領航精英訓練營”啟動報名！（報名截止時間：2023年07月01日）（Chinese Only）

港澳與內地高校師生交流計劃暨“雙創領航精英訓練營”由深圳大學和香港理工大學共同成立的大灣區國際創新學院舉辦。本項目以深港澳高校師生爲主要培養對象，涵蓋了科創素養提升、創業技能訓練、創新思維拓展等內容。自2019年以來，本項目連續受到教育部重點支持，累計吸引來自10個國家或地區15所高校（澳門大學、澳門科技大學、香港理工大學、香港大學、香港科技大學、香港嶺南大學、臺北科技大學、京都大學、高麗大學、悉尼創業學院、慕尼黑工業大學、滑鐵盧大學、華威大學等）的300餘名師生參加，促進了粵港澳及國際高校師生的交流，被學習强國、新華社、中國日報、中國青年報、鳳凰網、香港商報、澳門日報等30多家媒體報道，被教育部列爲港澳與內地高等學校師生交流優秀項目。

  • 賽事簡介：

橫琴國際科技創新創業大賽為貫徹落實《橫琴粵澳深度合作區建設總體方案》，營造橫琴粵澳深度合作區（以下簡稱“合作區”）科技創新創業氛圍，加速國際創新要素集聚，促進澳門經濟適度多元發展。大賽聚焦集成電路和電子元器件、生物醫藥和醫療器械、大數據和人工智能、新材料和新能源四大行業領域，吸引具有突破性原創技術和產業化能力的企業落地琴澳。

  • 參賽組別：
  1. 初創組：

報名參加初創組的企業除滿足參賽基本條件外，成立時間不早於2019年1月1日。

       2. 成長組：

報名參加成長組的企業除滿足參賽基本條件外，仍須滿足以下條件之一：

（1）企業主營業收入達到人民幣5000萬元及以上；

（2）企業獲得社會資本融資，融資金額達到人民幣1億元及以上；

（3）企業估值達到人民幣10億元及以上；

（4）入選工業和資訊化部專精特新“小巨人”名單的企業。

  • 賽道設置：

大賽設置常規賽道及澳門賽道。澳門賽道參賽企業在初賽、複賽和決賽（實地）考察三個環節中單獨排序。

澳門賽道參賽企業除符合參賽基本條件及各參賽組條件外還需符合以下條件之一：

（1）在澳門特別行政區合法登記成立一年以上的企業；

（2）創始人或核心團隊成員之一為澳門永久性居民或在澳門登記註冊的高校在職教研人員；

（3）被澳門永久性居民或澳門企業投資，且穿透計算所占企業股份比例不低於5%（此處澳門企業指在澳門登記設立且實際控制人為澳門永久性居民的企業）；

（4）與在澳門設立的科研實驗室有合作背景（提供該企業在大賽報名截止日仍在有效期內的合作協定）；

（5）承諾在晉級決賽（實地）考察後兩周內簽署落地承諾書，同步啟動澳門公司註冊手續的葡語國家及境外企業（在澳門特別行政區成立的企業除外）。

  • 獎項設置：
  1. 初創組獎項：初創組獎項數量合計為11個，大賽獎金共4200萬元。
  2. 成長組獎項：成長組獎項數量合計為10個，大賽獎金共2.5億元。
  3. 新青蓮獎：獎金池共800萬元，每個獲獎企業獎金為80萬元。

  • Introduction:

Hengqin Scientific and Technological Entrepreneurship International Competition to carry out the General Plan for Building a Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, create a better environment for scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zonein Hengqin (“the Cooperation Zone” or “the Zone”), accelerate the aggregation of global innovations, and boost the diversified development of Macao’s economy.
The 3rd competition focuses on four areas: integrated circuit and electronic components, biomedicine, and medical devices, big data and artificial intelligence, and new material and new energy. It aims to attract enterprises with breakthrough original technology and industrialization capabilities to settle and develop in Hengqin and Macao.

  • Competition groups:

1. Start-up Group

In addition to meeting the entry requirements, enterprises that register for the Start-up Group should be established no earlier than January 1, 2019.

2. Growth Group

In addition to meeting the entry requirements, enterprises that register for the Growth Group should meet one of the following requirements:

(1) The prime operating revenue of the enterprise reaches 50 million RMB or more.

(2) The enterprise has been financed by social capital, with the amount of financing reaching 100 million yuan or more.

(3) The enterprise value reaches 1 billion yuan or more.

(4) The enterprise has been included in the list of technologically advanced ‘Little Giant’ enterprises announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

  • Competition tracks:

The competition has two tracks: Regular Track and Macao Track. Enterprises participating in the Macao Track are ranked separately in three rounds of evaluation: Preliminary, Intermediary Heat, and Semifinal On-the-spot Investigation.

In addition to meeting the entry requirements and additional requirements of Start-up Group or Growth Group, enterprises participating in the Macao Track need to meet one of the following requirements:

(1) The enterprise has been legally registered in the Macao Special Administrative Region for more than one year.

(2) One of the founders or core team members is a permanent resident of Macao or an employed academic staff from a college or university registered in Macao.

(3) The enterprise is invested in by permanent residents of Macao or Macao enterprises (referring to enterprises registered and established in Macao and whose actual controllers are permanent residents of Macao), whose proportion of shares calculated by the enterprise equity penetration method accounts for no less than 5% of the enterprise.

(4) The enterprise has cooperated with scientific laboratories established in Macao (The cooperation agreement that is still valid on the application deadline of the competition should be provided).

(5) Enterprises established in Portuguese-speaking countries or outside the Chinese mainland (except those established in the Macao Special Administrative Region) who promise to sign a landing commitment within two weeks after advancing to the Semifinal On-the-spot Investigation and start the registration procedures of Macao enterprises simultaneously.

  • Award setting:
  1. Awards for Start-up Group: The total number of prizes in the Awards for Start-up Group is 11, and the prize money of the competition is 42 million yuan.
  2. Awards for Growth Group: The total number of prizes in the Awards for Growth Group is 10, and the prize money of the competition is 250 million yuan.
  3. New Green Lotus Award: The prize pool totals 8 million yuan, with each winning enterprise receiving a prize of 800,000 yuan.

澳門大學創新創業中心派出兩名代表參加於四月十三日舉行的“大灣區法律交流考察團——廣州行”活動，連同澳門法律交流協進會與澳門直播協會各代表，一行二十人前往廣州各地進行實地考察和業界交流。

此次“大灣區法律交流考察團——廣州行”由澳門法律交流協進會與澳門直播協會聯合組織，分別拜訪廣州互聯網法院、廣州仲裁委員會以及粵港澳大灣區（廣東）創新創業孵化基地。活動期間，代表團獲廣州互聯網法院副院長田繪、廣州仲裁委員會主任陳思民、粵港澳大灣區（廣東）創新創業孵化基地運營總監劉慶華等人熱情接待。

於粵港澳大灣區（廣東）創新創業孵化基地的交流座談會上，中心高級行政助理麥天賜表示：中心通過提供財稅法指導服務、創業賽事輔導和投融資引薦，幫助了一批優秀澳門青年創業項目落地孵化，並在澳門取得較好的發展，以及認為澳門青年創業項目應積極融入大灣區發展，一方面是回應國家號召，另一方面是澳門有志青年要開拓市場，大灣區是優質選擇。會上，中心高級行政助理陳廷殷亦獲聘為該基地的創業導師，致力培育創業公司發展技術創新的解決方案，幫助青年創業者了解粵澳兩地的創業政策，扶植從事科技開發的初創企業，並對初創企業的知識產權保護提供支援。

On April 13, two representatives from the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Macau participated in the “Greater Bay Area Legal Exchange Visits – Guangzhou”, with representatives from the Macao Legal Exchange and Promotion Association and the Macau Live Streaming Association, a delegation of 20 people went to Guangzhou for exchange visits.

  • One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition：
About One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) has organized the “One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition” since 2011 and has successfully attracted many participants from Hong Kong and overseas. The Competition has been extended to seven competition regions which are Macao, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Foshan and Yangtze River Delta. 

The Competition has become a platform where students can get connected with entrepreneurs and investors. It provides an opportunity for young entrepreneurs from different regions to communicate, cooperate and compete, in which it helps to enhance their mutual understanding. Besides, it facilitates the culture exchange and economic cooperation among different regions.

The Macao Regional Competition is title sponsored by the Bank of China Macau Branch. The cash prize for the Macao regional competition is more than MOP 110,000. The top 3 finalists teams will join the Grand Final Competition to win RMB 1 million and and obtain further funding.

【2023澳門青年創新創業大賽】由澳中致遠投資發展有限公司、澳門科學技術協進會及青年創業創新培育籌備委員會合辦，澳門青年創業孵化中心承辦。

大賽設中銀最具投資價值獎、初創團隊潛力獎，及全新增設“金沙最具澳門應用價值獎”。參賽者將有機會直通十大國際創業盛事，對話國內外的行業專家及對接風投資本。

中銀盃百萬獎金澳門區創業大賽創業培訓工作坊於 3月15日在澳門大學創新創業中心順利進行。活動共邀請了六位來自創業培訓、投資、法律服務等不同領域的企業家及專業導師，結合線上及現場形式，對大賽十八強的團隊進行經驗分享及詳細指導，包括如何撰寫一份優秀商業計劃書、公司管理實務和商業模式分析。導師亦一對一針對團隊的疑難提出建議和策略，並提點入圍參賽團隊在進行商業計劃演示及電梯演講時必須具備的內容及注意要素。

活動當天，澳門大學創新創業中心主任顏至宏教授就“如何撰寫一份優秀的商業計劃書” 為主題，列出了關鍵的細節內容。

其後，由納普維投資控股執行董事張妍女士進行“產業新力量，定位贏未來”演講分享；廣東峰瑞新晶律師事務所高級創始合夥人王立平律師進行“創業公司治理實務”演講分享；深圳北站港澳青年創新創業中心負責人陳振宇先生進行“評委視角中的商業計畫書”演講分享。接著，由珠海大橫琴發展有限公司產業策劃研究部副總監王坤先生進行“到底什麼是商業模式”演講分享；深圳市行識創業投資發展有限公司合夥人何江博士進行“創業範式的選擇—結構性機會下的顛覆式創新”演講分享。最後，由來自粵港澳大灣區（廣東）創新創業孵化基地的運營總裁陳山先生於線上向現場講解“創業團隊如何高效協作完成一次成功的商業計畫路演”。

導師演講結束後，中心根據導師的專業背景及團隊項目匹配度安排了一對一導師會面指導。期間針對項目的優勢和存在的問題做出深入分析，並對項目未來的發展路徑提供了專業意見。

  

 

 

The Entrepreneurship Training Workshop & Mentor Meeting-Up of “Bank of China Trophy-One Million Dollar Macao Regional Entrepreneurship Competition” was successfully held at the multifunction room of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship on March 15th. Six entrepreneurs and mentors, with respective expertise in entrepreneurship training, investment, business services, etc., were invited to share their experience and provide elaborative guidance, for the preparation of a sound business plan and elevator pitch. 

While on site, Prof. Jerome Yen, Head of Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, shared a speech on the theme of “How to develop a strong business plan for pitching and competition” and pointed out the key elements.

After that, Ms. Zhang Yan, Executive Director of Shenzhen NPW Investment Holding Company Limited, shared the topic “New power in the industry, innovation wins the future”; Ms. Wang Liping, Senior Founding Partner of Guangdong Fengrui Xinjing Law Firm, shared with the theme of “Entrepreneurial Company Governance Practice”; Mr. Chen Zhenyu, the person in charge of Shenzhen North Station Hong Kong and Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, contributed a keynote speech on “Excellent Business Plan in the Eyes of Investors and Judges”. Next, Mr. Wang Kun, deputy director of the corporate service department of Da Hengqin Development Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech in “What is the business model”; Dr. He Jiang, Partner of Shenzhen Capital SCI, shared the topic “The Choice of Entrepreneurial Paradigm—Disruptive Innovation under Structural Opportunities”. In the end, Mr. Chen Shan, Operations President of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, gave an online lecture “How the entrepreneurial team collaborates to complete a successful roadshow”.

Following the sharing sessions, each mentor had a separate guidance with the teams and discussed the pros and cons of the projects regarding the prospective development path.
