由澳門大學舉辦的“2023中銀盃百萬獎金澳門區創業大賽”的線上簡介會於2023年2月1日順利舉辦。澳門大學創新創業中心工作人員就2023百萬獎金創業大賽的比賽詳情作出了說明，為有意參賽隊伍提供了更直觀、全面的賽程講解，重點介紹了包括參賽流程、審核標準、報名及參賽注意事項等有關內容。

另外，本次線上簡介會亦邀請了獲得2022年「澳門區比賽」第一名之團隊代表，韋健文小姐分享過往參賽經驗和初創項目之心得，為聽眾解答疑問並給予鼓勵和支持，以便聽眾更好地準備進入備賽過程。

本次線上簡介會讓有意參賽的隊伍對中銀盃賽程有了更加詳盡和清晰的瞭解，有助於賽事準備和規劃。

The online briefing session of the “Bank of China Trophy – One Million Dollar Macau Regional Entrepreneurship Competition 2023”, organized by the University of Macau, was successfully held on February 1, 2023. The staff from Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of University of Macau gave a presentation on the competition details, specifically the information about competition schedule, judging process and material submission.

During the online briefing session, Ms. Wei Jianwen, the representative of champion team of Macau region last year, shared her experience and encouraged audiences with a practical tips of understanding the competition.

Previous Episode: Xin and his team successfully settled into Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship following the innovation camp. They decided to promote their team’s project by participating in an entrepreneurial competition. In order to win the competition, Xin and his teammates attended various entrepreneurship lectures and courses offered by the centre. After all of their effort and assistance, Xin and his team were able to impress the judges on the day of the competition.

創出新天 – 第四集 Episode 4

故事簡述：比賽結束后，阿新他們繼續研發新的系統，但是新系統所需的A部分零件出了問題，需要資金換新零件才能正常運作。而當時處於創業初期的阿新團隊，可支配資金僅僅只有八千塊葡幣，而購買新零件起碼要五萬。他們決定找投資人解決資金問題。阿新團隊找來了當時創業比賽的評審，希望他能夠為項目投資。憑藉比賽時出彩的表現和項目的完整度，評審對阿新他們的項目很感興趣，並留下了卡片，決定約時間詳談。阿新團隊迎來了他們第一個生意項目洽談，而洽談地點就約在中心。阿新的創業事業從創新創業中心順利展開，他也相信他的創業路遠不止如此。

Abstract: Following the competition, Xin and his team continued to develop a new system, but there was a problem with the part of the new system, and it required financial support to replace the new part in order to function normally. Xin and his team, who were in the early stages of entrepreneurship at the time, had only 8,000 MOP start-up budget and were hard to afford at least 50,000 MOP purchasing item. They decided to look for investors to help them with the funding issue. At the time, Xin and his team approached the judge of the entrepreneurial competition, hoping that he would invest in the project. The judge was very interested in Xin’s project. He left a card and decided to make an appointment for a detailed discussion. Then Xin and his team began their first business project negotiation, and the location was in the centre. Xin’s entrepreneurial journey began smoothly at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and he believes that it will be a good start.

Previous Episode: On the day of the innovation camp, Xin and his team assigned to accomplish a project proposal within two days. They put in all their effort for two days and have done a good job on their first proposal. Finally, Xin and his teammates understand the importance of cooperating with each other.

Abstract: Xin and his team successfully settled into Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship following the innovation camp. They had face-to-face discussions with their tutors in Financial Planning and Tax Training Course classes, and they exchanged ideas with peers in entrepreneurial experience sharing sessions. Despite the epidemic, they attended online Law Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurial in Guangdong and Macao classes. Xin and his team were not only given intellectual support at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, but they were also gained important advice from other successful entrepreneurs. After all of their effort and assistance, Xin and his team were able to impress the judges on the day of the competition.

粵港澳大灣區基礎法律培訓課程

創業者在經營其商業企業的過程當中，必定會面對不少的法律問題，尤其是把創業項目融合到粵港澳大灣區發展時，更要面臨著各個地域上的法律制度差異。因此，創業者必須瞭解及遵守有關的法律法規，以確保其自身的利益及其創業項目能夠營運得井然有序。

澳門大學創新創業中心舉辦的粵澳創新創業法律基礎課程，目的是讓有創業意向的本校在讀學生ヽ校友ヽ教職員工及入駐本校進行創業項目孵化的團隊提供法律上的創業支援，普及創業所需的基本法律知識。課程主要針對廣東省和澳門兩地在選定題目上要注意的法律事項，為其在創業的路途上提供充足的準備。

課程主要是針對大灣區的發展，尤其是加強認識兩地法律的差異。由具相關法律經驗並且熟識民商事法律範疇的澳門和中國內地律師擔任導師。課程主要結合既定範疇的法律基礎認識、案例分享及問答互動等環節，以實踐及創業實務為主。中心希望藉此機會讓學員瞭解創業時所遇到的法律困難ヽ創業時應注意的事項及法律上的處理方法等；為其日後創業造好良好的準備。

授課內容主要是針對大灣區的法律基本知識，尤其是認識粵澳兩地法律的差異。以實踐及創業實務為主，旨在普及創業所需的基本法律知識，為其在創業的路途上提供充足的準備；課程內容主要根據一般初創公司經常會面對的法律疑難或爭議來設計。

Law Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurial in Guangdong and Macao

Entrepreneurs are bound to face many legal issues in operating their commercial enterprises, especially when integrating entrepreneurial projects into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development. They must also face differences in legal systems in various regions. Therefore, entrepreneurs must understand and abide by relevant laws and regulations to ensure that their own interests and their entrepreneurial projects can operate in an orderly manner.

Law Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurial in Guangdong and Macao organized by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Macau aims to provide legal entrepreneurial support and popularize the necessary legal knowledge to the UM students, alumni, and staff who have entrepreneurial intentions. The course mainly focuses on the selected legal topics and issues in Guangdong Province and Macau that need to be paid attention to and provide the opportunity to them to fit out themselves with sufficient preparation for the road of entrepreneurship.

1. Incubation teams members and representatives that applied for the incubation program are priority;

Certificate: The Centre will issue certificates for students who completed 80% attendance and meet the course requirement.

Deposit: After the list announcement, the selected students need to pay the deposit to the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, those who did not pay the deposit will be automatically seem as giving up the quota. The deposit of MOP200 will be refunded upon completing 80% attendance.

◊ Course Features

The course instructors are lawyers who have relevant legal experiences and are familiar with the field of civil and commercial law. The course mainly combines the legal foundation understanding of the established field, case sharing and Q&A section, and focuses on practical and entrepreneurial examples. The Centre hopes to take this opportunity to let students understand the legal difficulties encountered when starting a business, matters needing attention when starting a business and legal handling methods, etc.; make good preparations for starting a business in the future.

Objective:
The Competition aims to provide an opportunity for students to create and evaluate their new business and to prepare them to start their future career in entrepreneurship.
Target:
The Competition is open to all current tertiary students of Macao higher education institutes and Macao residents studying in higher education institutes outside Macao.
Awards:

The Competition is sponsored by Bank of China (Macau). Cash awards of the Macao Regional Competition are listed below. The final 3 teams will have the right to join the Final Competition to win RMB 1 million and access the funding platform for obtain further financing.

ETERNAL STORY, LTD. is an incubation team of the University of Macau’s Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The following comic series, 「創出新天」 , was created by ETERNAL STORY, LTD., originally. ETERNAL STORY, LTD. was established in 2021. It is a multi-faceted firm in the cultural and creative industry, aims to promote Macau local culture. Business of whom covers the field in creating literary fiction, painting original comics, producing film and television, selling peripheral product and incubating IP. “Story Never Die Studio” aims to fully explore and develop the possibility of Macau creative market and insists on speaking with fascinating Macau local story.

故事回顧 – 第一集 Episode 1

故事回顧：阿新 (一位澳大新生)在閒逛校園時， 偶然間來到創新創業中心。中心剛好正在舉辦活動，圍滿了和阿新年紀相仿的同學，他們正在為自己的新發明娓娓道來，耳邊接連不斷的創業項目介紹激發了阿新對創業的好奇，最終他奮勁遞交了創新營的報名表。

Previous Episode: Xin’s (a UM freshman) was wandering around campus when he happened upon the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The centre happened to host an event, and it was crowded with peers. They were discussing their new inventions. The various introduction of entrepreneurial projects in their ears piqued Xin’s interest in entrepreneurship. Eventually, he submit the registration form for the innovation camp.

創出新天 – 第二集 Episode 2

故事簡述：阿新懷著緊張又期待的心情來到了創新營當天，隨即而來便是一項任務宣佈。阿新和他們的團隊被告知要利用這兩天時間，完成一份項目計劃書。阿新從未設想過活動的時間安排是如此緊湊，一下子有點被打亂了陣腳。最终，經過兩天一夜的追趕和努力，以及和其他團隊成員的合力協助下，阿新和隊友們順利地完成了在創業路上的第一份項目計劃書，也因此學習和明白到了團隊合作的重要性。

Abstract: The day approaching, Xin joined the Innovation camp with novelty and excitement. Xin and his team assigned to accomplish a project proposal within two days. Xin was surprised that the event schedule would be so condensed and intense at the beginning. Though, the timing was so tight, Xin and his teammates put in all their effort for two days and have done a good job on their first proposal. Finally, Xin and his teammates discovered that the Innovation Camp with intensive assignment and training was very helpful that providing great opportunity to build up their entrepreneurship framework and understand the importance of cooperating with each other.

故事簡述：阿新 (一位澳大新生) 的創業故事發生在某天看似平凡卻充滿驚喜的夏季裡。某天，阿新被亮眼的青年創業廣告牌吸引住了目光，當時他心裡覺得青年創業是多麼遙遠。時間一晃來到十月，澳門大學舉行新學期的屬會周。屬會周現場人潮湧湧，阿新遊走在不同的協會攤位間，他在校園裡閒逛，並偶然間來到創新創業中心。中心剛好正在舉辦活動，圍滿了和阿新年紀相仿的同學，他們正在為自己的新發明娓娓道來，耳邊接連不斷的創業項目介紹激發了阿新對創業的好奇，最終他奮勁遞交了創新營的報名表。

Abstract: Xin’s (a UM freshman) entrepreneurial story unfolded on a seemingly ordinary summer day full of surprises. One day, Xin was drawn to the eye-catching youth entrepreneurship billboard. He realized how far away youth entrepreneurship was at the time. Fast forward to October, while the University of Macau hosting the new semester’s Affiliate Week. There were a large number of students. Xin explored the various associations’ booths. He was wandering around campus when he happened upon the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The center happened to host an event, and it was crowded with peers. They were discussing their new inventions. The various introduction of entrepreneurial projects in their ears piqued Xin’s interest in entrepreneurship. Eventually, he submit the registration form for the innovation camp.
