How to collect your prize:

How to participate:

澳大師生：橫琴通道橋方便往返琴澳

澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋今（26）日正式開通，進出大學便多了一條通道，往返澳門和橫琴也更方便。有澳大師生認為，通道橋為廣大市民提供了更便捷的出行方式，有助促進琴澳兩地的教育、產學研、文化等領域的發展。

澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋項目是澳門特區政府“二五”的重點項目，也是《橫琴粵澳深度合作區建設總體方案》規劃重點。它體現了內地對澳門特區政府和社會各界的支持和關心，也展示了粵港澳大灣區建設的成果和潛力。項目位於蓮花大橋南側，全長約808米，設有兩條雙向單線行車的通道橋和行人專道。作為澳門融入大灣區的重要交通配套工程，新通道是澳門與內地深化合作的重要里程碑。

澳門大學在橫琴設有產學研基地，開展了多項科研項目，與內地的高校和科研機構保持密切的合作關係。通道橋的開放，為澳大的科研人員和學生提供了更多的便利和機遇。經常往返兩地進行科研工作的澳大教授陳國凱表示，新通道橋能夠節省往返兩地的時間成本，增加兩地科研人員和學生的交流頻率，推動兩地科研合作水平的提升。

通道橋設有兩條雙向單線行車道，經常要過橫琴的澳大教授路嘉宏表示，現在有了新通道橋，駕車出入更加方便快捷。“現在只要開車上去就可以直接到達口岸，不用繞隧道和大橋，快了很多。”他又指，隨着兩地交流合作愈加緊密，便利琴澳的措施相繼推行，早前口岸過關亦有推行“常旅客”計劃，為澳大職員等人士設立快速通道，整個配套都向著便利兩地出行的方向推進。

工商管理學院研究生黃蕾君每天都要經橫琴口岸往返澳大，“在通道橋開通之前，我需要先搭巴士離開澳大校園，再轉車才能到橫琴口岸，現在放學後便能夠直接搭巴士從澳大通道橋到口岸，只需約10分鐘，減省很多時間。”她又指通道橋開通後，不需再依賴澳大河底隧道作為唯一出入澳大的通道，亦可透過通道橋去氹仔其他地方。

根據交通事務局訊息，現時橫琴口岸澳方口岸區仍有改善工程進行，蓮花大橋及澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋目前禁止行人、單車及電單車通行，澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋行人專道仍未啟用。

Access bridge connecting UM and Hengqin Port inaugurated

The access bridge connecting the University of Macau (UM) and the Hengqin Port was inaugurated today (26 September), providing a new route to the UM campus and making travelling between Macao and Hengqin more convenient. Some UM members believe that the access bridge offers a more convenient means of transport for the general public and will help to promote the development of both places in various aspects such as education, industry, research, and culture. The access bridge is a key project in the Macao SAR government’s second Five-Year Plan, as well as the Master Plan of the Development of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Located to the south of the Lotus Bridge, the access bridge has a total length of about 808 metres and has two single-lane carriageways for vehicles travelling to and from the UM campus. According to the Transport Bureau, as improvement works are still underway in Macao’s port zone at Hengqin Port, the Lotus Bridge and the access bridge are currently closed to pedestrians, bicycles, and motorbikes; and the pedestrian walkway of the access bridge has not yet been put into service.

博鰲亞洲論壇珠海盛大開幕，澳大協辦分論壇

“博鰲亞洲論壇國際科技與創新論壇第三屆大會”於珠海舉行，其中澳門大學今（21）日協辦了“海洋科技：走向‘藍色’可持續發展”分論壇，多名學者圍繞海洋經濟、海洋可持續利用、海洋生態和污染、海洋裝備和工程等方面開展深度討論。

是次大會由博鰲亞洲論壇主辦，珠海市人民政府、橫琴粵澳深度合作區執行委員會、國際科技與創新論壇大會組委會聯合承辦。論壇理事長潘基文，十二屆全國政協副主席、論壇副理事長周小川，十四屆全國政協副主席、科創大會主席何厚鏵，論壇理事、泰國前副總理素拉傑，論壇諮委、芬蘭前總理阿霍，香港特別行政區行政長官李家超，珠海市委書記陳勇等中外政要出席開幕式並致詞。論壇秘書長李保東主持開幕式，大會主席團執行主席梁維特主持全體會議。澳門大學校長宋永華受邀出席開幕式暨全體大會，澳大研究服務及知識轉移辦公室主任王春明亦陪同出席。

二十大報告提出加快中國建設海洋強國的戰略部署，包括推動海洋經濟高質量發展、強化海洋資源保護利用、提升海洋監測預警能力、深度參與全球海洋治理。國家亦將澳門特別行政區海域面積明確為85平方公里，為澳門經濟社會發展拓展了必要的新空間。因此，澳大將區域海洋列為澳大重點發展的三個新興研究方向之一。分論壇上，澳大土木及環境工程系特聘教授、粵港澳智慧城市聯合實驗室聯席主任阮家榮擔任主持人，中國科學院院士、國家海洋局海洋動力過程與衛星海洋學開放實驗室主任蘇紀蘭，南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室（珠海）副主任、中山大學原常務副校長孫冬柏，中山大學海洋科學學院院長王東曉，自然資源部第二海洋研究所副所長、衛星海洋環境動力學國家重點實驗室主任陳建芳，自然資源部第二海洋研究所副研究員、蛟龍號首位大洋深潛女科學家唐立梅，澳大海洋科學及技術系系主任、區域海洋研究中心代主任徐杰，珠海雲洲智能科技股份有限公司海洋事業部總經理唐梓力，斯里蘭卡盧胡納大學海洋學和海洋地質系海洋學教授Terney Pradeep Kumara等探討如何提高多樣化海洋災害的預測監測以及防治能力、促進中國海洋裝備產業發展，以此推動海洋經濟的可持續發展，踐行構建人類海洋命運共同體的理念。

此外，澳大還受邀在開幕式暨全體大會會場設置展位，重點宣傳澳大“3+3+3+3”研究創新及轉化體系，以及科技學院海洋科學及技術系和區域海洋研究中心的建設發展情況。澳大自主研發的水上無人船（DELMAC）和智能水下航行器（ORVIS）在展會上進行了重點實物展示。DELMAC是一艘具有兩個矢量推力發動機的自主高速無人船，配備了包括LiDAR在內的大量先進傳感器以及用於導航和控制的船載即時系統。它可以服務於淺水區域（比如澳門）的智慧聲學測深。ORVIS是一種自主水下航行器，用於淺水作業、水下結構檢查、海洋生物多樣性研究、人類對海洋環境影響評估、有毒洩漏檢測和定位等。

另外，澳大澳門中藥研發中心主任、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室創始主任王一濤亦代表澳大擔任“‘守正創新’的中醫藥現代化”分論壇的討論嘉賓。

UM holds parallel session at ISTIF of Boao Forum for Asia held in Zhuhai

The Third Conference of the International Science, Technology and Innovation Forum (ISTIF) of Boao Forum for Asia took place in Zhuhai. The University of Macau (UM) today (21 September) held a parallel session on ‘Marine Science and Technology: towards “Blue” Sustainable Development’, during which several scholars had in-depth discussions on marine economy, marine ecology and pollution, and marine equipment and engineering. Yonghua Song, rector of UM and Wang Chunming, director of the Research Services and Knowledge Transfer Office, attended the opening ceremony and plenary session of the conference.

Yuen Ka-Veng, Distinguished Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UM and co-chair of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint Laboratory for Smart Cities, was the moderator of the parallel session held by UM. He discussed with experts and scholars at home and abroad how to improve the prediction and monitoring of marine disasters, promote the development of China’s marine equipment industry, and facilitate the sustainable development of the marine economy. In addition, Wang Yitao, director of the Macao Centre for Research and Development in Chinese Medicine and founding director of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine, represented UM as a panellist in the parallel session on ‘Traditional Chinese Medicine: The Way Forward’. The university also set up a booth at the venue of the opening ceremony and plenary session to promote its ‘3+3+3+3’ system for research innovation and results transfer, as well as the development of the Department of Ocean Science and Technology of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Centre for Regional Oceans.
