Recruitment of Student Trainees for Finance Office (Application Deadline: 2023/08/25)

Finance Office is recruiting student trainees to support their general administrative work. Please refer to below for details. All UM students are welcome to apply.

Position 1 To support general administrative work of all Functions of Finance Office (except Asset Management Team)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare payment vouchers and adjustment vouchers;
  • Prepare invoice to entities/individuals;
  • Maintain files, including filing of journal vouchers, and other miscellaneous filings;
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by team leaders.
Requirements
  • Current UM (“Active”) students, accounting or business related majors are preferred;
  • Good command of Chinese (Putonghua and/or Cantonese) and English;
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese language input;
  • Good information management and communication skills, strong attention to details and highly organized.

 

Position 2 To support general administrative work for Asset Management Team
Responsibilities
  • Assist with asset labeling and photo-taking;
  • Assist with asset data entry and update;
  • Maintain records, including filing of asset photo records, and other miscellaneous filings;
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by team.
Requirements
  • Current UM (“Active”) students;
  • Good command of Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese language input, and photo editing;
  • Good information management and communication skills, strong attention to details and highly organized.

 

Regular Training Hour and Stipend:

  • Monday to Friday (morning session: 9:30-12:30; afternoon session: 14:30-17:30)
  • 6 to 15 training hours per week is required
  • MOP48.00 per hour
