CCE Launches Programme: Certificate in Building Quality Inspection
izziemui2023-03-20T00:00:26+08:00近年澳門大學持續進修中心舉辦「樓宇質量檢測證書課程」 (前稱：樓宇驗收及結構檢測儀器證書課程)，為業界培養了許多人才，課程深受社會好評；第七期課程於上週六(2月18日) 順利在澳門大學面授開班，學生約有七十人。驗樓在澳門並非強制項目，但一些有責任心的業主會聘請專業人士進行檢查，針對樓宇的品質、結構安全、材料等進行檢驗，並提供專業意見。
課程主要導師為何鉅業先生，資深建築測量師，太平紳士；是TVB及有線電視「樓盤節目」指定驗樓嘉賓、香港測量師學會前會長及資深會員、富匯測量師有限公司董事總經理；具有超過28年的專業資歷，包括：香港政府認可人士、香港設施管理學會資深會員、註冊檢驗人員、綠建專才、「自願樓宇評審計畫」評審員、中國註冊監理工程師、英國皇家特許測量師學會會員、英國特許仲裁人學會會員、英國建築工程師學會會員以及英國皇家特許項目管理測量師等。

The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) has been offering the popular short course Certificate in Building Quality Inspection to the public since year 2018. The latest batch just commenced last Saturday (18 Feb 2023) with class size of around 70.
The trainer Sr Vincent Ho Kui-kip was appointed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as a Justice of the Peace in 2016. Sr Ho was qualified in 1991 as a Professional Building Surveyor with more than 30 years of relevant experience. He was the President of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (2014 to 2015) and Chairman of Building Surveying Division of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (2010 to 2012). He is the founder and Managing Director of Freevision Limited which was established in 2005 to provide property related consultancy services. He had worked for a major local developer and a surveying consultant before commencing his own venture.
