ICTO Workshop: “Multi-media compression & Advanced Tips for using e-bulletin board＂successfully held yesterday, which attracted over 60 colleagues from different departments.

The workshop focused on the topic of ” Multi-media compression & Advanced Tips for using e-bulletin board” which included two main parts. Firstly, participants learned the skills of publishing multimedia content on websites, including the basics of compressing videos without sacrificing quality to achieve faster loading times and better user experiences. Secondly, the workshop conducted into the advanced features and interface functions of the newly launched electronic bulletin board in January, which not only provide a way to make attractive bulletins but also improves productivity and simplifies the workflows.

This workshop includes lots of  exercises and Q&A sessions. Participants exchanged experiences and shared their thoughts with us on using the systems. We look forward to hosting more exciting events in the future, providing more IT knowledge for our colleagues.

The new e-bulletin board system has been launched on 2023-01-09 (Monday). On 2023-01-10 (Tuesday), UMToday will officially show the bulletins of the new system. Lotus Notes can no longer be used to announce new bulletins. Please use the new system to issue the new bulletins.

The new e-bulletin board system will be launched on 2023-01-09 (Monday). Lotus Notes can no longer be used to announce new bulletins. All new bulletins should be issued with the new system.

To access the new system: https://e-bulletin.um.edu.mo

To facilitate the migration to the new e-bulletin board system, new system will be opened for access on 2023-01-05, colleagues can prepare new bulletins in advance.

To get started, press the “Login” button in the top-right corner. Then, authenticate with UMPASS account.

After successful authentication, an admin-bar will show up on top. Colleagues can enter the dashboard or directly create new bulletins with it.
