*出席整個活動及準時到達的同學，將獲得1.5個體育時數 (遲到、早退或活動期間離場超過十五分鐘將不能獲得體育時數)。
Students who attend the WHOLE activity and arrive ON TIME will be given 1.5 PE hours (late arrival, early leave or leave the venue during the event for over 15 minutes will NOT be given PE hours).

*同學進場和離場時，必須出示學生證作登記；出席的學生必須與登記的學生姓名一樣。
Students are required to do check in/out with UM student ID card, the name of the attended student MUST be the same as the registered name.

【Sports Activity】: “2025 CICA Basketball Competition” was held successfully

CICA及體育事務部於1月11日至2月16日舉辦的2025 CICA院長盃籃球賽已圓滿結束。

在1月11日至2月9日期間，10所書院分為兩組進行小組賽，每組名次的首2名隊伍於2月15及2月16日進行準決賽及決賽。最後分別由呂志和書院與何鴻燊東亞書院、蔡繼有書院與曹光彪書院於澳大綜合體育館主場館上演冠軍戰及季軍戰。       

決賽由呂志和書院對陣何鴻燊東亞書院，兩支實力相當的隊伍為觀眾帶來了一場精彩的比賽。上半場，呂志和書院憑藉強勁的實力與默契的配合，打出每節得分均超過20分的攻勢，持續領先並穩定保持比分優勢。下半場，何鴻燊東亞書院調整戰術，重新發起攻勢，努力追平比分。然而，呂志和書院最終成功抵擋住對手的進攻，牢牢守住優勢。最終，呂志和書院以85比52贏得比賽，連續五年奪得冠軍。

同日由曹光彪書院與蔡繼有書院進行季軍戰，最終賽事由曹光彪書院以69比54獲勝，收穫賽事季軍。

比賽結果如下：

冠軍: 呂志和書院

亞軍: 何鴻燊東亞書院

季軍: 曹光彪書院

殿軍: 蔡繼有書院

“2025 CICA Basketball Competition” was successfully held from 11 Jan to 16 Feb.

Ten college teams were divided into two groups, with group stage matches played on 11, 18, 19 Jan, 8 and 20 Feb. Semi-final and Final matches took place on 15 and 16 Feb respectively. The final result is shown below:

大二，教育學院，呂志和書院

 

我們團隊能夠連續五年奪得冠軍，實屬不易，這主要得益於我們的團結和拼搏精神。在每一場比賽中，我們都全力以赴，爭取每一分的勝利，這些努力最終幫助我們贏得了今年的冠軍。

此外，我們還要特別感謝我們的教練，他跟隨我們訓練了五年，是一位非常專業和稱職的教練，每次訓練都非常用心。我的隊友們也都非常團結，相處得很好。每個球員都願意拼搏，去爭取每一分的勝利。我們是一個出色的團隊，我為我們團隊的表現感到非常自豪。

王楚晨

大二，工商管理學院，何鴻燊東亞書院

 

我和我的隊友一開始並不被看好，因為我們的小組裡有許多強勁的對手。不過，小組賽的成功晉級給了我們很大的信心。在準決賽中，我們全力以赴地對戰曹光彪書院，最終成功衝進決賽。雖然在決賽中因為體能和戰術問題遺憾落敗，但整體表現讓我們非常滿意。

特別感謝我們的教練，他一直為我們安排球場訓練，並給予了我們許多戰術指導。在隊長的領導和幫助下，隊員們訓練得非常認真，使我們成為一個非常有凝聚力和戰鬥力的團隊。對於這次比賽，我們感到非常自豪，希望未來我們書院能繼續取得更好的成績。

陳子健

大三，工商管理學院，曹光彪書院

 

這次的CICA籃球賽對我們來說是一個重要的經歷。雖然我們的成績是第三名，並不如預期，我們本來希望能進入決賽，但在四強賽中的表現不夠理想，最終未能如願。

儘管如此，我仍然對我們的隊員和教練感到非常自豪。隊員們在場上的狀態都很好，球隊的氣氛也非常和諧。接下來，我們會集中力量，再次向決賽發起衝擊，爭取在明年的比賽中實現我們的目標。

【Sports Activities】: Sports Interest Course (4) – Kendo Interest Course was held successfully

Sports Interest Course – Kendo, organized by the Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), was successfully held. The course took place at the N8 Sports Complex and aimed to introduce participants to the benefits of Kendo and enhance their knowledge and skills in this discipline.

Certified Kendo instructors delivered engaging sessions in a lively group setting, in which participants had the opportunity to learn the philosophy, spirit and practice of the martial arts designated by Kendo.

The course received positive feedback, with participants expressing satisfaction and gratitude. Many attendees reported that it improved their Kendo skills and deepened their understanding of the practice. The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) is delighted with the success of the course and remains committed to promoting the advantages of engaging in sports to the UM community.

【Sports Activities】: Sports Interest Course (4) – Kendo was held successfully

Sports Interest Course – Kendo, organized by the Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), was successfully held. The course consisted of 8 sessions, conducted every Wednesday, between 6 March and 24 April. The sessions took place at the N8 Sports Complex and aimed to introduce participants to the benefits of Kendo and enhance their knowledge and skills in this discipline.

【Sports Activity】: “2024 CICA Basketball Competition” was held successfully

CICA及體育事務部於1月6日至1月28日舉辦的2024 CICA院長盃籃球賽已圓滿結束。

在1月6日至1月20日期間，10家書院分為兩組進行小組賽，每組名次的首2名隊伍於1月21及1月28日進行準決賽及決賽。最後分別由呂志和書院與曹光彪書院、張崑崙書院與何鴻燊東亞書院於澳大綜合體育館主場館上演冠軍戰及季軍戰。

決賽由呂志和書院對陣曹光彪書院，兩支實力相當的隊伍為觀眾帶來了精彩紛呈的一戰，在上半場比賽中，呂志和書院憑藉著強勁的實力與默契的配合，僅在第一節就以23比10領先。不過在第二節時曹光彪書院抓住機會發起反擊把比分追平。下半場呂志和書院開始調整戰術，重新發起攻勢，並在第三節斬獲了25分，最後成功抵擋住曹光彪書院的進攻並守著優勢，以59比50贏下比賽，連續四年奪得冠軍。

 

同日由張崑崙書院與何鴻燊東亞書院進行季軍戰，最終賽事由張崑崙書院以99比79獲勝，收穫賽事季軍。

比賽結果如下：

大四，工商管理學院，呂志和書院

 

我們書院能得到四連冠其實都是靠大家一步一步辛苦訓練打下來的。

當然少不了我們球員之間的默契，隊員們中也有校隊的成員，他們訓練完回來後會分享經驗，大家一起交流來提升自己。

在場上我們也會注重溝通和團結，就像決賽那樣，有什麽問題我們會大家商量怎麽解決和改善，而不是氣餒。

最後希望書院的學弟們能夠保持着我們這種精神，能繼續把這個四連冠成績傳下去。

大四，工商管理學院，曹光彪書院

 

首先我們書院今年多了幾位得力隊員，他們也是澳大的校隊隊員。大家一起訓練交流經驗，其實有助於我們球隊的整體實力提升。

其次我們隊內積極溝通，這利於團隊裡一些問題改善和解決，我們都能慢慢磨練變得更好。今年我們書院能夠沖上來拿到亞軍是一個很大的進步。

最後就是今年我準備畢業了，之前也有帶領過幾年的隊伍，看著我的隊員們從大一到大四不斷成長，我們書院也在不斷進步，自己也是很開心的，希望球隊以後越來越好。

今年是最後一年打CICA籃球賽，本來是想衝擊冠軍，但可惜在四強比賽最後的時候發揮不夠好。

上半年大家都在很認真地準備這個籃球賽，我們也都盡力了，拿到季軍挺好的。

今年有幾位隊員面臨畢業，希望學弟們可以把握好之後的比賽，好好地打下去，讓我們書院以後的成績越來越好。

“2023 CICA Masters’ Cup – Basketball Competition” was held successfully

“2023 CICA Masters’ Cup – Basketball Competition” has been held from 11 Feb to 5 Mar and it was finished successfully.

OSA organized a competition official training session for RC students. A total of 34 students attended the training to become officials for this competition.

The preliminary round was held from 11 to 25 February. 10 teams were divided into two groups, and the 2 teams with the best results in each group qualified for the elimination rounds, which took place on 26 February and 5 March. The winners are:

  • Champion: Lui Che Woo College (LCWC)
  • 1st Runner-up: Cheong Kun Lun College (CKLC)
  • 2nd Runner-up: Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College (HFPJC)

大四，工商管理，呂志和書院

 

這次比賽最開心的就是和大家一起得到這個三連冠，我覺得這三年以來我們球隊的進步大家都有目共睹，然後我們每一年都比每一年更進步。而且我們今年每個人都眾志成城，贏的很艱難但是大家都非常開心。 在自己大四這一年，非常開心能拿到這個三連冠，這個冠軍就是象徵著我們LCWC球隊的一個新的成就。下一年還有機會的話希望能帶領大一大二的新人更好的進步，爭取和大家一起拿到最後一年的四連冠。

在今屆球隊中加入了一些大一大二的同學，在配合方面需要在磨合一下，大家都非常盡力了，在這麼短的準備時間能達到這個效果、這樣的成績已經很滿意了。其實這幾年都打進了四強，也打進了決賽，但是可能臨場的發揮還是比對手差一點，下一年希望做好準備去爭取冠軍。

在這次賽事中感覺到我們書院的團結，我們在這幾屆第一次進入半決賽以及第一次得獎，這是令人開心的事情，而隊中有幾個學長已經大四，為他們在最後一年拿到獎牌而感到特別高興。還有的也是今天正好是我的生日，很感謝我的隊友幫我拿到這個生日禮物。
