Recruitment of Student Trainees for Help Desk of Information and Communication Technology Office (Application Deadline: 23/06/2025)

Dear Students,

The Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) is recruiting student trainees to assist with administrative work of Help Desk.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general counter service and answer incoming calls
  • Assist in promoting IT services
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned
Requirements
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, responsible and proactive
  • Current UM undergraduate or postgraduate students
Working Hour

Monday to Friday during office hours

(Maximum 15 hours per week)
Hourly Rate

MOP 48 
Working Location

E5-2085
Expected Commencement Date

July 2025

Dear Students,

The Information and Communication Technology Office is recruiting student trainees to assist with daily operation of Help Desk.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls
  • Assist with general counter service
  • Assist in promoting IT services
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned
Requirements
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude
  • Current UM undergraduate or postgraduate students
Working Hour

Monday to Friday during office hours

(Maximum 15 hours per week)
Hourly Rate

MOP 48 
Working Location

E5-2085
Expected Commencement Date

May 2023
