如果在學習旅程中, 你不斷遭遇挑戰與挫折,那麼加入我們,一起學習和掌握戰勝焦慮的方法

你可以加入項目,通過微信小程序每週完成一定的心理教育和干預練習,持續六週。數據顯示,如能完成半數以上的練習,焦慮情緒平均下降35%

This program is co-organised by the Clinical Psychology Laboratory of Tsinghua University and Psychological Counselling Centre of the University of Macau.
If you often find yourself tossing and turning late at night before an exam, struggling to fall asleep, if you worry about falling behind in your studies,, if you are always under pressure because of the progress of your scientific research, and if you frequently face challenges and setbacks in your academic journey, join us to learn effective strategies for overcoming anxiety!

You can join us with six weeks of online course guidance, Professional psychological assessment and effectiveness evaluation.

Data shows that if you complete at least half of the course assignments, your anxiety levels can decrease by an average of about 35%!

小組目的:讓學員體驗靜觀(Mindfulness)的練習,最近幾十年已有超過160項研究發現靜觀練習對於處理失眠、減壓、減低焦慮情緒及疼痛等身心困擾功效顯著,靜觀可以提高覺察力,免於我們困在一些習慣已久的情緒反應及喋喋不休的思維中,讓學員能回到此時此刻,體驗生活中當下早已忽略的美好,與身心連結,同時改善人際關係。

內容包括:講解靜觀、身體掃描及靜觀體驗分享

導師:澳門大學心理輔導員

對象:澳門大學學生

日期: 2025年4月23日及4月30日(星期三)

時間:上午十點至十一點半(共1.5 小時)

Overview: Over the past few decades, more than 160 studies have found that mindfulness practice is significantly effective in dealing with insomnia, reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, and managing pain. Mindfulness helps participants return to the present moment, experiencing the overlooked beauty of life, connecting with their body and mind, and improving interpersonal relationships.

Content: To experience mindfulness practice and body scan

Mental Health First Aid is a basic training course, aims at providing mental health related training to students to become Mental Health First Aiders so that they are able to provide assistance to their peers who are under emotional distress and to make referral to professional help accordingly.

By completing the 12 hours training, you will be rewarded with a certificate issued by The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong.

Cantonese Class : 1 & 8 Mar (Saturdays),  10:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30 (12 hours in total)

Mandarin Class : 22  & 29 Mar (Saturdays),  10:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30 (12 hours in total)

Fee: Administrative fee MOP100

  • Please make sure you can attend the course before registration.
