Dear students,

The Career Development Centre of the Student Affairs Office is now recruiting student trainees to assist with general administrative tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with general counter service and document handling;
  • Assist in organizing activities;
  • Perform data entry and simple analysis;
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Local undergraduate students (priority will be given to first-year students);
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.

Work Hours:

Tuesday to Friday afternoons within regular office hours (maximum of 15 hours per week)

Stipend:

MOP 48/ hour

Work Location:

Career Development Centre, Student Activity Centre (E31-2004)

To help students improve their writing skills, the instructor will teach basic writing skills of personal statements and resumes in the workshop.
