位於澳門大學N1聚賢樓的「大西洋銀行 – 澳門大學分行」將於12月18日起重新命名為「大西洋銀行-澳門大學客戶服務中心」。現金櫃檯將更改為客戶服務櫃檯，現金存取服務將作調整，詳見下表。

Starting from 18th December, “BNU University of Macau Branch” which is located at N1 UM Guest House will be renamed as the “BNU University of Macau Service Center”. The cash counter will be changed to customer service counter, and cash deposit and withdrawal service will be revised. Please refer to below table for details.

Customers can use Multi-Function Teller Machine (MTM) for deposit service.

2. Cash Withdrawal

Customers can use Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and MTM for withdrawal service.

3. Foreign Currency Banknotes Exchange

Advanced booking is required.

4. Cash Payment

Customers can use Internet / mobile banking for transactions.

5. Account Cancellation

Accounts can be canceled upon customers’ requests, while cash balance will be sent to the Service Center for collection.
