工聯與勞工局將於 2024 年 11 月 8 及 9 日（五、六）假澳門旅遊塔會展娛樂中心舉辦「大型招聘博覽會」，邀請逾40間企業參與，提供近2,500個職位空缺。

為更好協助本澳高校學生及青年把握機遇，是次博覽會將特設「踏進求職市場新體驗」工作坊，以模擬、講解以及生涯規劃探索等體驗活動，全面剖析求職的每一環節，助高校生做好踏進職場的準備工作。

  • 日期：2024年11月8日（五）
  • 時間：13:00-15:00
  • 地點：澳門旅遊塔會展娛樂中心3樓
  • 對象：本校之澳門本地學生優先
  • 語言：廣東話
  • 名額：30人
  • 活動流程：
    • 13:00 – 13:50 就業情勢分析
    • 14:00 – 15:00 自選以下其中一個工作坊參與
      • 生涯規劃 (10 人)：由生涯規劃師帶領小組進行互動，透過卡牌活動以及 LASI 領導風格測試等方式，與參加者進行測試及分析，助參加者探索、了解自我，藉此定立生涯目標；
      • 履歷檢視 (10 人)：由資深人力資源代表、導師去檢視參加者的履歷內容，提出合適建議，讓參加者作出調整，為求職工作做好準備；（參加者可帶備個人履歷）
      • 模擬面試 (10 人)：參加者在模擬小組面試中擔任求職者，了解常見面試問題及互動技巧，並分析僱主提問背後的意圖。

We are pleased to inform you that Bloom of Youth has launched the 2025 International Physical Internship Program and is now accepting applications.

The Bloom of Youth is an international internship program that takes place in England, Spain, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan region every winter and summer. Through the program, you can gain valuable work experience, establish professional references, expand your global network, develop a variety of skills, improve your language, and travel around the world with different cultural exchanges.

Bloom of Youth has cooperated with all universities in Hong Kong and many of the top universities in Asia including Singapore, China, and Taiwan region. A few examples in Hong Kong are the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In the past decade, it has placed over a thousand applicants around the globe.

Kelly Cheng, a student from Macao Polytechnic University “The highlight for me was being part of the Formula 1 racing events, where I got up close with the drivers and racing cars, a dream come true for a Formula 1 big fan like me! Our company helped some of the Formula 1 racing events. I got the chance to take photos with some F2, F3, and F1 Academy drivers and get the autograph from the F1 drivers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

  • 本中心將在截止報名後 (即:10月16日後)以電郵方式給報名者發送工作坊地點及興趣測評資料，敬請按電郵指示在指定時間內完成網上測評，以便本中心能於活動當日派發測評報告予參加者。

  1. 兩工作坊的目的一樣，本中心建議有興趣的同學只需參加上述其中一個工作坊即可。
  2. 請正確點選想要參加的工作坊，提交報名表後不得轉換或更改。
  3. 報名前請確認是否能出席工作坊。一經報名，缺席或未能全程參加工作坊之學生會收到學校發出的電子繳單，並需在期限前繳付上述費用。

Dear Students,

The Career Development Centre will organize two workshops in October to help students to explore themselves and prepare for career planning. As the objectives of the two workshops are the same, interested students only need to attend one of the workshops. Details are as follows:

Topic 1: Navigating Your Career Direction
Date 16 Oct 2024
Time 14:30 – 17:30 (3hours)
Language Mandarin
Content 1. Complete the Big Five Model, which will help you to understand your personality better; 
2. Using the card sorting tool, explore the following 3 factors that are closely related to career planning,

  • Value
  • Motivated Skills
  • Career Interest

Topic 2: Discovering Your Occupational Interests
Date 23 Oct 2024
Time 14:30 – 16:00 (1.5hours)
Language Mandarin
Contents Through various activities and a practical occupational assessment, participants can further explore and understand:

  • Occupational interests,
  • Characteristics of various occupations, and
  • Potential challenges related to future career choices and development
Application Period and Notes Now to 16 Oct 2024 (first-come-first-served basis)

  • After the closing date of application (i.e. after 16 Oct), we will send the workshop venue and interest assessment information to the applicants by email. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the online assessment within the specified time, so that we can distribute the assessment report to the participants on the day of the activity.

  1. As the objectives of these two workshops are the same, we suggest that interested students only need to attend one of the above workshops.
  2. Please select the workshop you wish to attend correctly, and no changes will be allowed after submitting the application form.
  3. Please make sure you can attend the workshop before registration. Once registered, students who are absent or unable to attend the entire workshop will receive e-debit note issued by the University. Please settle the payment before the deadline.
  4. Students who participate in the whole workshop do not need to pay the Administration Fee.

This activity will count towards the Global Competitiveness area of the Whole Person Development Award Programme and Smart Point Scheme. Participants who fully participated in the workshop are eligible to receive “CS” and “SP”.
