**Student participants of the talks will be awarded SMART POINT and CS of Whole Person Development Award!

Dear students,

Our annual event – the Career and Internship Fair will be held on 26 March at the Multi-Function Hall, UM Guest House (N1). Many companies and organizations will participate in the fair by setting up recruitment booths. A series of recruitment talks will be scheduled on 5, 12 & 19 March (Weds). 21 recruitment talks will be organized during these 3 days (7 sessions per day).

To organize recruitment talks according to your preferences, we surveyed in Jan 2024. The companies with the most votes will be invited to conduct the recruitment talks.

For more talk details, please refer to the following talk schedule. Registration is required due to limited venue capacity, please register for the talk through the following link.

After the registration deadline, we will send an email to the participants with the venue details. 

As the recruitment season kicks off, you are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to prepare for graduation.

Career and Internship Fair 2025 (26 Mar) – Over 110 participating companies, offering more than 3,000 vacancies and the activity website is launched now!

Career Development Centre of the Student Affairs Office is going to organize the “Career and Internship Fair 2025” on 26 March 2025, over 110 organizations will join the fair and provide more than 3,000 job vacancies. This year, we have also invited renowned companies from Mainland China to join us, such as Tencent, Huawei, iFLYTEK, etc. providing more career opportunities to our students. 

Meanwhile, we have developed a website for the event (https://careerfair.sao.um.edu.mo/), please log in to the website using UM Pass (your student ID and passwords) to access more employment information and details of the participating companies.

Be-MI aims to attract local students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their leadership skills within Marriott International – the largest hotel company in the World. This program offers a structured framework that combines technical skills with real-world experiences, support from mentorship, and professional development opportunities, including the opportunity to learn from cross-exposure within other Marriott properties in Greater China (Hong Kong and Taiwan inclusive) preparing our future hospitality leaders for a life journey with the Marriott family.

18-month Program Highlights:

We are pleased to inform you that Bloom of Youth has launched the 2025 International Physical Internship Program and is now accepting applications.

The Bloom of Youth is an international internship program that takes place in England, Spain, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan region every winter and summer. Through the program, you can gain valuable work experience, establish professional references, expand your global network, develop a variety of skills, improve your language, and travel around the world with different cultural exchanges.

Bloom of Youth has cooperated with all universities in Hong Kong and many of the top universities in Asia including Singapore, China, and Taiwan region. A few examples in Hong Kong are the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In the past decade, it has placed over a thousand applicants around the globe.

Kelly Cheng, a student from Macao Polytechnic University “The highlight for me was being part of the Formula 1 racing events, where I got up close with the drivers and racing cars, a dream come true for a Formula 1 big fan like me! Our company helped some of the Formula 1 racing events. I got the chance to take photos with some F2, F3, and F1 Academy drivers and get the autograph from the F1 drivers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

自從澳門特別行政區成立後，特區政府努力打造澳門成為中國和葡語國家之間的商貿和服務平臺。為了建造中葡商貿服務平臺和橋樑，澳門社會對各類中葡雙語人才需求甚殷，尤其是雙語法律人才的需求更加迫切。另外中國和葡語國家之間的外交和商貿關係近年發展迅速，特別是在國家鼓勵中國企業走出去的政策大力推動下，我國企業在葡語國家的投資激增，這些企業也急需中葡雙語人才。基於這些情況，從2010年開始澳門同濟慈善會便將培養中國葡法律雙語人才作為工作的重要部分，並每年從北京大學、浙江大學、安徽大學、澳門大學等院校選拔法學專業的優秀畢業生，支持其赴葡萄牙學習。

自2010年開展的”中葡法律雙語人才計劃” 不僅資助學生學習葡萄牙語和完成法律碩士學位課程，同時亦著重學生的愛國、品德和文化修養教育，希望可培養出一批德智體全面發展和會做人、能辦事、為國家和社會担起應負責任的青年。為了適應澳門社會及經濟適度多元化的發展需要，澳門同濟慈善會近年在澳門除了繼續招收法學專業的應屆本科畢業生外，還開放招收其他專業的學生。澳門同濟慈善會2024年招生計劃僅面向澳門大學、澳門科技大學、澳門城市大學以及澳門理工大學的四年級(四年制)或五年級(五年制)在讀本科生進行選拔，專業不限。不接受碩士研究生、博士研究生以及已本科畢業的人士報名。

以下資料由澳門工會聯合總會提供，學生事務部代傳。

工聯與勞工局將於 2024 年 11 月 8 及 9 日（五、六）假澳門旅遊塔會展娛樂中心舉辦「大型招聘博覽會」，邀請逾40間企業參與，提供近2,500個職位空缺。

為更好協助本澳高校學生及青年把握機遇，是次博覽會將特設「踏進求職市場新體驗」工作坊，以模擬、講解以及生涯規劃探索等體驗活動，全面剖析求職的每一環節，助高校生做好踏進職場的準備工作。

  • 地點：澳門旅遊塔會展娛樂中心3樓
  • 對象：本校之澳門本地學生優先

  • 活動流程：
    • 13:00 – 13:50 就業情勢分析
    • 14:00 – 15:00 自選以下其中一個工作坊參與
      • 生涯規劃 (10 人)：由生涯規劃師帶領小組進行互動，透過卡牌活動以及 LASI 領導風格測試等方式，與參加者進行測試及分析，助參加者探索、了解自我，藉此定立生涯目標；
      • 履歷檢視 (10 人)：由資深人力資源代表、導師去檢視參加者的履歷內容，提出合適建議，讓參加者作出調整，為求職工作做好準備；（參加者可帶備個人履歷）
      • 模擬面試 (10 人)：參加者在模擬小組面試中擔任求職者，了解常見面試問題及互動技巧，並分析僱主提問背後的意圖。
