生涯發展中心將於十月舉行兩個工作坊協助同學做自我探索,為生涯規劃做準備。由於兩個工作坊的目的相同,有興趣參與的同學只需要參加其中一個工作坊即可。詳情如下:

主題一: 生涯發展探索工作坊
日期 10月16日
時間 14:30 – 17:30 (3小時)

內容 1. 透過 Big Five Model 測試,從而了解自己的人格特質;
2. 透過使用卡片工具,釐清以下三個與生涯規劃息息相關的要素

主題二: 職業興趣探索工作坊

The Career Development Centre will organize two workshops in October to help students to explore themselves and prepare for career planning. As the objectives of the two workshops are the same, interested students only need to attend one of the workshops. Details are as follows:

Topic 1: Navigating Your Career Direction
Date 16 Oct 2024
Time 14:30 – 17:30 (3hours)

Content 1. Complete the Big Five Model, which will help you to understand your personality better; 
2. Using the card sorting tool, explore the following 3 factors that are closely related to career planning,

  • Value
  • Motivated Skills
  • Career Interest

Topic 2: Discovering Your Occupational Interests
Date 23 Oct 2024
Time 14:30 – 16:00 (1.5hours)

Contents Through various activities and a practical occupational assessment, participants can further explore and understand:

  • Occupational interests,
  • Characteristics of various occupations, and
  • Potential challenges related to future career choices and development

  • After the closing date of application (i.e. after 16 Oct), we will send the workshop venue and interest assessment information to the applicants by email. If you enjoy meeting people of different backgrounds and ages, socializing, and taking part in group activities, we would like to invite you to join this scheme.

Details:
1. Participating alumni mentors and students will form several groups.  Participants will get to know students from different faculties and interact with alumni mentors from different industries. 
2. Participants are required to exchange contact information with alumni mentors (e.g. cell no., email, WhatsApp or WeChat, etc.)

Over 50 alumni mentors from different industries participated, such as:

Note:

  1. An administrative fee of MOP100 is required for the Communication Workshop. Please follow the procedure below to settle the payment:
    • Students who fully participate in the entire workshop do NOT need to settle the payment. The e-debit note will be issued to the students who are absent from the whole or part of the workshop and please settle the payment before the deadline. 
  2. Full details of the activity (i.e. time and place) will be provided by email.
  3. Please double-check your schedule before submitting your application. We reserve the right to refuse future participation to any student who fails to attend a workshop or group activity without justification.

Awards:
– All participants who meet the requirements and are nominated by their alumni mentors will have the opportunity to compete for the “Outstanding Mentee Award”, and “Active Mentee Awards”. The winners will be presented with certificates and prizes as an incentive.

各位同學:

為了提供更了解行業發展、工作環境和市場趨勢的機會,學生事務部生涯發展中心和校友及發展辦公室將於9月11日(星期三) 舉辦「企業體驗計劃 – 友生會客室」活動。是次活動我們將到訪滴灌通集團,讓同學們更了解特區政府發展四大重點產業之一的「現代金融」

Dear students,

In order to provide an opportunity to learn more about the industry development, work environment, and market trend, the Career Development Centre of the Student Affairs Office and Alumni and Development Office will organize the Corporate Experience Scheme – Modern Finance on 11 Sep. We will visit the Mirco Connect to let students know more about the “Modern Finance”,  one of the four key industries developed by the Macao SAR Government.
