We are glad to inform that the following library workshop will be held in March in the University Library.
Date : 20 March to 22 March 2024 (3 consecutive sessions)
Time: 19:00 – 21:00

Target Audience: UM students
Speaker: Prof. Tianji Cai, Associate Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences

Content: This hands-on workshop provides an introduction to Stata, including how to import and manipulate data, how to generate and replace variables, deal with missing values, work with variable types and convert variable types, as well as merge, append, and joining different data sets, and create summarized data sets. This workshop is appropriate for those who have little or some prior introductory experience with Stata.
