It is all too easy to neglect some of the most informative resources around you, because you may be too familiar with them. But they will come in handy if you know how to use them.

  • Visit recruitment websites frequently. It is important to keep up to date with what’s going on in the job market;
  • Keep an eye on the career training resources around you. Whether it is revising your resume or helping you prepare for an interview, a well-prepared candidate always has a bigger chance of getting the job;
  • Alumni and your senior fellow students are your connection to the real world. They may be able to tell you about the latest developments in their field, or share some of their job-hunting experiences.

Minor problems that may be neglected when writing a resume

寫履歷時容易忽略的小問題

It is common practice for students to start drafting or revising their resumes as they begin their job search. However, minor issues do occasionally arise with resumes. While these issues may not be significant in themselves, they can have a detrimental impact on the initial impression that an employer forms. We have compiled a list of these issues which you may wish to review to ascertain whether any of them also appear on your own resume.

  • Using abbreviations that are unfamiliar to others. Many abbreviations (e.g. majors) are known only to your fellow students and teachers, and are very difficult for employers to understand;
  • Inconsistent formatting. In many resumes, dates are not aligned, and cases are different. Take a closer look when you have finished your resume to avoid these mistakes;
  • Too much irrelevant information. For example, some students listed qualifications that were not related to the position they were applying for;
  • Incorrect tense in English. It would be best to use the past tense to describe the positions you have held before.

學生在開始求職時，通常都會開始起草或修改自己的履歷。然而，履歷中偶爾也會出現一些小錯誤，雖然這些錯誤可能並不嚴重，但會直接影響僱主對求職者的第一印象。大家可以檢查自己的履歷是否也有我們列舉的一些常見小問題。

  • 使用他人不熟悉的縮寫。許多縮寫（例如專業名稱）只有你的同學和老師知道所對應的全稱，但對僱主來說非常難明白；
  • 文字的格式不統一。許多履歷中會出現日期沒對齊、大小寫格式不一致等。寫完履歷後仔細檢查以避免這些錯誤；
  • 出現太多無關的資訊。例如有同學列出了與自己應徵的職位無關的考試資格證書；
  • 英文的時態不正確。在敘述過去曾擔任的職務時應該用過去時態而不是現在時態。

深圳南山區 2024 粵港澳青年實習實務交流活動
 Shenzhen Nanshan District 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Internship & Exchange Activities

各位同學：

由共青團南山區委員會主辦的 2024 年粵港澳青年實習實踐交流活動 -展翅南山， 啟夢同行 正式啟動， 旨在為港澳台青年提供一個走進大灣區、 深入南山的體驗平台。

本次活動計畫以「城市+科技+職場」 為主線， 向港澳台青年展示一個多面且專注的精彩南山。

第一部分： 南山研學營活動

時間： 預計 7 月 10 日-15 日之間開展

第一天：

  • 從港澳台、 內地各城市、 海外， 匯聚南山， 到達啟動會現場。
  • 參訪南山南頭古鎮、 前海自貿區展廳， 從過去到未來， 了解南山的成長歷史、 發展方向。
  • 走進南山標竿企業內部， 探索企業發展歷程， 學習先進管理理念。

  • 一場開放型企業宣講會， 與企業代表「面對面」 溝通， 現場解惑答疑。

*主辦方負責提供研學營期間的食宿費用，學生需自行安排及負擔來往深圳的交通安排及費用。

 

第二部分：暑期實習活動

2024 年南山團區會“展翅計畫”， 將攜手字節跳動、 順豐科技、 TCL、 任子行網路、 樂聚機器人等南山區 30+重點企業， 提供 50+實習崗位， 並為同學提供全程陪伴、 職場輔導。

*實習企業及崗位預計於6月25日公佈。實習期間，企業會給與實習補貼，部分企業可以提供住宿。實習補貼金額各企業有所差異。

參與形式：

同學可依實際情況， 自由選擇參加本次的活動的 第一部分或 第二部分， 亦或兩部分都參加。

報名時間： 即日起至2024 年 7 月 10 日

各位同學：

浙江金華義烏市統戰部將舉辦「2024青年商貿實務暑期班」。本次活動將為澳門的青年學生提供一個寶貴的學習與實踐平台，幫助同學們深入了解電商及直播行業，以及義烏市強大的外貿經濟體，增強商貿實踐能力，並促進與內地青年的交流與合作，更希望澳門青年有機會更好融入祖國。歡迎在澳門大學就讀的港澳學生踴躍報名。

對象 澳門大學在讀的港澳台大學生，並有志電從事電商直播產業的青年。

訓練時間

7月初至8月底(詳見培訓週期約10-12天)
內容

邀請抖音（TikTok）、小紅書等平台的官方訓練老師進行教學。

培訓週期約10-12天，包括課堂學習、遊學（參觀供應鏈企業、國際物流國內快遞企業、網紅帶貨直播間等）及小組討論。

僑商結對 學員將組成2-3人團隊，與義烏僑商企業對接，簽訂實習協議，並由企業提供直播貨品和生活補助。
其他補助

提供往返車資補助，依高鐵二等座價格標準。
基地使用

實訓結束後，留在義烏工作的學員可免費使用基地一年。 (學員可自行選擇留義烏實習與否)
住宿及其他安排

學員統一住在涉外飯店，住宿費用和生活費用自理，成立班委和小組負責日常管理。
