According to news from the Transport Bureau (DSAT) that starting from 7 April, 2024 (Sunday), the operation of public route 73S will be suspended; resources will be reallocated to route 73 to increase bus frequency and expedite passenger flow.

Dear Students and Colleagues,

As informed by the Transport Bureau (DSAT), the new vehicle lanes for the 2nd phase of the Hengqin Port (Macau Area) will be  opened for use on 26 September 2023 at 15:00 together with the opening of the transport platform.

Due to ongoing improvement works at the Macau side of Hengqin Port, pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles are currently prohibited from accessing the Lotus Bridge and the bridge connecting the University of Macau and the Hengqin Port. The pedestrian pathway on the bridge connecting the University of Macau and the Hengqin Port will not be opened at the same time.  Please be aware of the traffic signs on site or will be charged for any violation found.

Regarding bus services, there will be route adjustment for the 24-hour public bus route 701X. It will cover the campus of the University of Macau and the Cotai area on top of the existing route.  Moreover, the nighttime bus route N6 will be extended to the port area.

交通事務局通知，橫琴口岸澳方口岸區二期客運交通安排於9月26 日開通運行。

由於現時橫琴口岸澳方口岸區仍有改善工程進行當中，有關蓮花大橋及澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋目前會禁止行人、單車及電單車通行，澳門大學連接橫琴口岸通道橋行人專道亦未能同步啟用，敬請巿民及駕駛者留意現場交通指示標誌，違者可被檢控。

巴士方面， 24小時接駁巴士路線701X會調整路線，由原來只往返橫琴口岸澳門口岸區至蓮花大橋，擴大服務範圍至澳門大學校區及路氹城區；而夜間巴士路線N6則延伸至口岸區。
