親愛的同事及同學們：

健康大學系列活動將於11月舉行，安健及環境事務辦公室準備了很多精彩活動向大家推廣健康、安全及環境保護訊息 (活動詳情將持續更新於本部門網頁)，而健康大學嘉年華將於11月17日舉行，誠邀所有教職員及學生出席，詳情如下：

日期：17/11/2023 (星期五)

時間：11:00 – 15:00 (舞台儀式及表演將於13:00 – 13:30進行)

地點：澳大聚賢樓 (N1)地下多功能廳

內容：嘉年華啟動儀式、急救課程證書頒發儀式、花式單車表演、花式跳繩表演、齊來做運動、醫療測試，及由11個政府部門和澳大部門設立的主題攤位，內容涵蓋健康生活、環境衛生、食品安全、職安健、節水節能、預防詐騙、校園安全、實驗室安全等。現場有大量紀念品派發，先到先得，派完即止。
另外，凡報名的參加者可獲輕便午餐。
參與5個或以上遊戲/測試後可獲贈蔬果，數量有限，送完即止。學生更可獲1粒至叻星及全人發展獎勵計劃“健康生活”範疇20個CS，健康環保大使可獲3個健康環保FUN。

報名方法：
請於08/11/2023或之前按以下方式報名。截止報名後我們將聯絡大家領取午餐券及紀念品券於當天使用。

Dear colleagues and students,

Activity series of Healthy University will be held in November. Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs has prepared wonderful activities to promote health, safety and environmental protection (details of the activities will be continuously updated on HSEO website). The highlight of the series, Healthy University Carnival, will be held on 17th November. All UM staff and students are welcome. Please refer to the details below:

Date: 17/11/2023 (Friday)

Time: 11:00 – 15:00 (ceremony and performance on stage: 13:00 – 13:30)

Venue: Multi-function Hall, G/F, UM Guest House (N1)

Content: kick-off ceremony of the carnival, certificate representation of first-aid course, artistic cycling performance, rope skipping performance, exercise, medical test; game booths on healthy lifestyle, environmental hygiene, food safety, occupational hygiene, water and electricity saving, prevention of fraud, campus safety, laboratory safety, etc. provided by 11 UM governmental units and UM units
A lot of souvenirs will be given, and are on a first-come-first-served basis. Don’t miss the chance!

All registered participants will be given light lunch. 
Vegetables and fruits will be given on a first-come-first-served basis to participants who complete at least 5 games or medical tests. Students may also get 1 Smart Point and 20 CS in the “Healthy Lifestyle” area of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.

Registration:
Please register by 08/11/2023. We will then contact you to get the refreshment coupons and souvenir coupons to be used on that day after the registration deadline.
