為擴闊大學公關工作小組成員對公關、接待及宣傳範疇的視野，澳大傳訊部組織小組成員到訪銀河娛樂集團（銀娛）參觀和考察。

小組成員獲銀河娛樂集團總辦事處行政副總裁林志成博士接待，並由銀河娛樂集團公共關係副總裁黃芝蓉女士向成員介紹該集團的發展理念及如何運用傳播策略建立與社區的關係，其後小組成員參觀了銀娛旗下的設施，包括銀河綜藝館、銀河國際會議中心、安達仕酒店等，小組成員表示，此交流讓他們對導賞、接待及企業文化傳播工作有更深刻的體驗及了解。

大學公關工作小組成立於2010年，由各部門委派負責公關、新聞、接待工作的同事組成，目前成員共有83名。工作小組的設立目的是為對外宣傳提供統一指引，並肩負成為部門與部門之間的溝通橋樑。

The Communications Office of the University of Macau (UM) recently organised an exchange visit to Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) for the members of the University PR Task Force (UPRTF), with the aim of broadening their horizons on the public relations, hospitality and promotion practices.

The delegation was received by Dr Buddy Lam, executive vice president of Corporate Office of Galaxy Entertainment Group. Ms Linda Wong, vice president of Public Relations of Galaxy Entertainment Group, shared with UPRTF members the development philosophy of GEG and discussed the application of communication strategies in establishing relationships with the community. The delegation also visited various facilities, including the Galaxy Arena, Galaxy International Convention Center, and Andaz Hotel, the members of UPRTF said that through this visit they have a deeper understanding and firsthand experience in tour guiding, hospitality, and corporate culture communication.

Established in 2010, the UPRTF consists of 83 members, all of whom are appointed by their respective units to work in public relations, media relations, and reception. The establishment of the task force aims to provide consistent guidance on managing external communication, and to act as a bridge of communications for different units.
