Dear Students,

The Department of Government and Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS), is calling for application of student trainees in our Department office:

Rate
  • The hourly rate will be MOP66 for technical duties

Key office administrative duties
  • Assist in design and event promotion tasks, e.g. producing event poster and promotional materials
  • Assist in events or activities organization, e.g. news writing, photo-taking, serving as MC, etc.
  • Translation

Requirements
  • UM undergraduate & graduate student(s) (Priority will be given to students with experience in website design)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese speaker (knowledge in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred)
  • With relevant work experience using MS Office/Photoshop/AI
  • With positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
