The Centre for Teaching and Learning Enhancement (CTLE) would like to cordially invite you to take part in the CTLE Professional Development Workshop: Impact of Reflective Teaching for Inclusive Education in Higher Education with Professor Vivian Wing Yan Lee from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

In higher education, teachers face many types of students as all students are unique in their own way. To achieve the best possible way of teaching, teachers have adopted many types of teaching. Although sometimes teaching is difficult, it is rewarding and allows growth in individuals. Therefore, it is important for teachers to constantly reflect on their teaching strategies for inclusive education. This workshop aims to promote academic exchange and sharing of experience to enhance optimization in teaching. Teaching optimization will help improve efficiency and effectiveness of teaching to enhance student’s learning and to achieve better learning outcomes. There will also be practical hands-on tips for teaching as well as case discussion sharing.
