澳大與華南理工大學續簽合作備忘錄
華南理工大學黨委書記章熙春率代表團訪問澳門大學,獲澳大校長宋永華熱情接待。雙方續簽《教育和科學合作備忘錄》,期望繼續共建長期友好合作關係,共同推動粵港澳大灣區高等教育發展。
會面期間,宋永華表示澳大秉承“立足澳門,共建灣區,融入國家,走向世界”的發展定位,致力培養更多人才,創造更多科技成果,助力澳門特區經濟適度多元化和融入國家發展大局。他又指,華南理工大學是澳大重要的合作夥伴,兩校建立合作關係已達20餘載,近年來兩校在學生交換、學術交流、聯合科研等方面不斷深化合作,並攜手創辦了“土木工程”雙學士學位課程,這是粵港澳大灣區高校合作的首個雙向雙學位本科聯合培養項目。是次合作備忘錄的續簽意味兩校將本著互惠共贏、相互促進、優勢互補、共同發展的原則繼續深化交流與合作,攜手推動粵港澳大灣區科教高質量發展。
代表團一行參觀了澳大模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室、智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室及圖書館,並對澳大的科研發展給予高度評價。
華南理工大學代表團成員還包括教務處處長項聰,統戰部常務副部長、法學院教授夏正林,實驗室與設備管理處處長劉哲,電子與信息學院院長薛泉及計算機科學與工程學院院長陳俊龍等。澳大科技學院院長須成忠、圖書館館長吳建中、智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室副主任馬少丹等參與接待。

UM, South China University of Technology renew MOU
A delegation led by Zhang Xichun, secretary of the Party Committee of South China University of Technology (SCUT), visited the University of Macau (UM) and was warmly received by Yonghua Song, rector of UM. The two parties renewed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on educational and scientific cooperation, with a view to maintaining a long-term friendship and partnership and promoting the development of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
During the meeting, Song said that UM is committed to nurturing more talent and producing more research outcomes to help the Macao SAR promote economic diversification and integrate into national development. He added that UM and SCUT have strengthened their cooperation in areas such as student exchange, academic exchange and joint research, and jointly launched a dual bachelor’s degree programme in civil engineering, which is the first bilateral dual bachelor’s degree programme between universities in the Greater Bay Area. The two universities will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation based on mutual benefit, mutual promotion, complementarity, and common development.
The delegation visited the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, and the UM Library. They also spoke highly of the university’s research development.
