[活動回顧] 澳門大學研究生會：迎新系列活動，助力學生啟航新征程

澳門大學研究生會為讓每位學子快速熟悉和融入豐富多彩的校園生活，研究生會於8月5日–8月17日，舉行迎新系列活動，包括線上答疑、破冰之夜、迎新宣講晚會等多項活動，讓同學們快速了解澳大，熟悉校園環境，專業和同學，探索自己，發展所長，更好地融入校園生活。
自五月開始，研究生會各部門成員通力合作，運營官方迎新微信群，每日為新生答疑，同時，為新生製作專題答疑帖，並透過直播的方式針對新生的疑問集中解答，服務總量涵蓋百分八十研究生新生。八月初，成員亦參與學校接駁巴士工作，協助千餘名同學從橫琴及關閘口岸直達研究生宿舍報道。迎新期間，為新生提供澳門特色茶點、組織運動體驗、線上線下解答新生關於專業及生活上的各種疑問，並組織破冰遊戲活動，破除彼此間的陌生感，讓新研究生們更快融入校園生活。派發千餘份迎新包，包含新生手冊、各類學習生活用品、醫療用品等三十多種，深受同學喜愛。
研會一直致力服務澳大研究生，希望透過不同的活動豐富研究生的學習生活，也鼓勵有志同學加入，因此，於8月17日晚舉行研究生會招新宣講晚會，在迎接新同學同時招幕更多成員加入。當天內容生動有趣，以表演、宣講、知識問答的方式進行，外場也設置四種小遊戲和禮物領取攤位，晚會現場氣氛熱烈，極具觀賞和知識性，新生踴躍參加，開啟精彩的澳大學習和生活之旅。
To support every student quickly becoming familiar with and integrating into the vibrant campus life, the University of Macau Postgraduate Association held a series of welcoming activities from August 5th to August 17th, including online Q&A sessions, ice-breaking nights, and recruitment briefings. These activities enabled students to quickly understand the University of Macau, get familiar with the campus environment, their majors, and fellow students, explore themselves, develop their strengths, and better integrate into campus life.
Starting in May, members from various departments of the Postgraduate Association have been working together, operating the official WeChat group for new students, answering their questions daily, and producing Q&A posts on specific topics. They also organized live-streamed sessions to address new students’ inquiries collectively, serving over 80% of the latest postgraduate students. In early August, the members also participated in the school shuttle bus service, assisting over a thousand students in commuting directly from the Hengqin and Gongbei ports to the postgraduate dormitories.
During the welcoming period, the Association provided Macanese-style refreshments for new students, organized sports experiences, and answered questions about majors and campus life online and offline. They also arranged ice-breaking games to help freshmen integrate into campus life more quickly. Over a thousand welcoming gifts were distributed, containing a new student handbook, various learning and life supplies, and medical supplies, which were highly appreciated by the students.
The Postgraduate Association has always been dedicated to serving the postgraduate students of the University of Macau. It hopes to enrich the learning and life of postgraduate students through various activities and also encourages motivated students to join the Association. Therefore, on the evening of August 17th, the Association held a recruitment briefing, welcoming new members while also introducing the Association to new students. The event featured lively and informative content, including performances, presentations, and knowledge quizzes. There were also four mini-games and gift-receiving booths set up on-site. The event atmosphere was vibrant, entertaining, and educational, attracting enthusiastic participation from new students and kick-starting their exciting journey of learning and life at the University of Macau.
