為配合澳門作為「中國與葡語系國家商貿經濟合作平台」的「一平台」的戰略定位，適逢中華人民共和國成立75周年、澳門回歸25周年、中葡建交45周年及澳門蔡氏教育文化基金會成立35周年，澳門蔡氏教育文化基金會舉辦「賀雙慶」第三屆「葡韻盃」葡語歌唱比賽，藉此促進交流，展現澳門多元文化交流。

To be in line with the strategic position of the “One Platform” of the “Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries” and in celebration of twin anniversaries, 45th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Portugal and the 35th Anniversary of Choi’s Educational and Cultural Fund, Macau, the Choi’s Educational and Cultural Fund, Macau is going to organize the 3rd Portuguese Singing Competition to promote cultural exchange.
