Enhancement on UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System
優化澳大泊車月票申請系統
各位同學及同事：
保安及設施服務處持續優化澳大泊車月票申請系統，現推出以下新增項目，提供更便捷的申請服務。
一、擴大網上付款功能至已過期月票之續期
澳大泊車月票申請系統之網上付款功能自本年3月開始投入使用，至今已有超過1200人次透過此功能支付泊車月費。為進一步完善網上續期功能，由2024年10月17日起，已過期之月票持有人士可試行使用網上付款功能進行月票續期，惟有關車輛必須繳清倘有之過期泊車費用。用戶可登入澳大泊車月票申請系統*（https://isw.um.edu.mo/parkmpapp/）進行相關申請。
除經網上付款外，職員及學生仍可選擇於辦公時間內帶同校園卡前往保安及設施服務處辦公室（N6行政樓3012室）支付月票費用，而同學亦可選擇到E7保安中心支付費用。
二、簡便登記香港車牌號碼
此外，為確保系統能準確地識別車牌號碼，若月票使用者之車輛同時擁有香港車輛登記號碼（即ZM、ZN車牌），可隨時登入澳大泊車月票申請系統*進行車輛資料更新，只需簡單填上車牌號碼及上載證明文件（如同時顯示澳門及香港車牌之車輛照片），便可登記相關車牌號碼輕鬆進出大學停車場。

Dear Students and Colleagues,
The Security and Facilities Services Section keeps enhancing the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System. To further improve the efficiency and convenience on service application, the following new items are launched.
1. Online payment is now available for renewal of expired monthly passes
The first phase of online payment function in the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System has been launched since March this year, more than 1200 transactions have been made through this function. To further enhance the online renewal function, holders with expired monthly pass can now renew their parking pass through the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System* (https://isw.um.edu.mo/parkmpapp/) with online payment made from 17 October 2024, as long as the parking fee due has been settled (if there is any).
Apart from paying the monthly parking fee online, staff and students can still bring along the campus card to the office of Security and Facilities Services Section at N6 Administration Building – Room 3012 to settle the parking fee while students can also renew the monthly pass at E7 Security Centre.
2. Quick step to register your Hong Kong vehicle plate number
Moreover, to maintain accuracy of car plate number recognition, please register the Hong Kong Registration Plate (i.e. ZM or ZN car plate) of your vehicle if there is any. You can simply input the Hong Kong Registration Plate and upload supporting document (e.g. vehicle photo with both Macau and HK car plates) via the “Update Vehicle Details” in the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System*.
