滿珍紀念書院:「巔峰爭霸」攀岩比賽
On October 23, University of Macau Moon Chun Memorial College students participated in a rock-climbing competition that fostered friendship and teamwork. Throughout the event, team members encouraged and supported one another, showcasing their individual strengths and team spirit. Each team had 25 minutes to challenge themselves and reach new heights. As they climbed, the students utilized their entire body strength and strategic thinking to select the best routes. This experience not only enhanced their physical fitness but also strengthened their bonds and teamwork skills.

澳門大學滿珍紀念書院於10月23日舉行了「巔峰爭霸」攀岩比賽，旨在增進參與者間的友誼和團隊合作。在比賽過程中，隊員們相互激勵、相互支持，展現了各自的專長與團隊精神。每隊有25分鐘的時間挑戰自我，力求達到新的高度。在攀登過程中，同學運用全身力量和策略思維，選擇最佳攀登路線。這次活動不僅提升了大家的體能，也增強了團隊的凝聚力和合作能力。
「滿珍攀岩比賽的規則是按小隊來比賽的，總分是每位隊員的成績總和，因此需要每位隊員的努力，考驗隊員的團隊協作能力，安排能力，培養了集體榮譽感。另一方面，攀岩作為一項可以很好的鍛鍊勇氣與體格的體育運動，將其作為充滿趣味的比賽，可以讓大家通過接觸攀岩，提升勇氣，不僅可以強身健體，還可以培養克服困難的能力，一次一次打破自身紀錄，成就更好更健康的自己。」— 吳嘉穎
