2025年1月12日，澳門大學盛大舉辦了“澳琴同行–澳大開放日2025”活動。澳大校園和珠海澳大科技研究院同步對外開放，誠邀社會大眾前來參觀，全方位了解澳大新發展與成就，親身體驗校園生活。升旗展示不僅展現了澳大的精神風貌，還讓公眾親自觀賞這一重要時刻。當天，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊隆重舉行了升旗展示，為開放日活動增添了莊嚴的氛圍。

　　早上，升旗展示在澳門大學蓮花廣場上正式開始。全場莊嚴肅立，在場觀眾注視着三面旗幟冉冉升起至旗桿頂端。陽光下的三面旗，象徵着新的一年，澳門大學也會與祖國一同發展進步，開拓新方向；而澳門大學國旗儀仗隊旗隊也將與澳大一同努力，繼續堅持“鐵肩承兩制，雙手護國旗”的隊訓，完成新一年的使命。

　　升旗展示結束後，澳大開放日活動隨即開始。大眾可以參觀澳大的各個學院和住宿式書院、參加講座、觀賞各類儀式與表演，還可以走進體育館體驗多種運動。與此同時，隨著中國春節的臨近，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊提前祝大家春節快樂！在新學期，希望大家除了認真完成學業，也要積極參加學校的各項活動，讓在澳大的每一天變得更加充實。

　　本次升旗展示的到場人數近300人，到場的嘉賓有：曹光彪書院院長劉潤東博士、張崑崙書院院長黃民聰教授、蔡繼有書院院長梁美兒教授、馬萬祺羅柏心書院院長楊柳教授、滿珍紀念書院院長張國祥教授、紹邦書院代院長譚錫忠教授、學生資源處處長周佩貞女士和學生發展處處長姚秀麗女士。

On 12 January 2025, the University of Macau hosted the grand event “Connecting Macao and Hengqin—UM Open Day 2025″. Both the UM campus and the Zhuhai UM Science & Technology Research Institute opened to the public simultaneously, welcoming friends from around the world to explore UM’s latest developments and achievements while experiencing campus life. To celebrate the UM Open Day and usher in the new semester, the UM National Flag Team (NFT) held a solemn Flag Raising Demonstration.

In the morning, the demonstration commenced at the UM Lotus Square. “”The NFT members marched out from both sides of the N6 building. The audience stood solemnly, watching the three flags ascended to the top of the flagpole. Bathed in sunlight, the flags symbolize UM’s commitment to develop and progress alongside the motherland, exploring new horizons in the new year. The NFT members remain dedicated to their motto:  “Shouldering two systems with iron shoulders, protecting the National Flag with both hands”, as they embrace their mission for the new year.

After the Flag Raising Demonstration, the UM Open Day activities officially began, allowing the public to visit the campus. With the Chinese New Year is approaching, the NFT members extended their early wishes for a happy and prosperous New Year! In this new semester, it is hoped that everyone will not only diligently complete their academic responsibilities, but also actively participate in various activities organized by the university, making each day at UM more fulfilling.

The Flag Raising Demonstration was attended by around 300 people, including distinguished guests such as: Dr. Lau Yun Tung, CKPC Master; Prof. Wong Man Chung, CKLC Master; Prof. Janny Leung, CKYC Master; Prof. Yang Liu, MLC Master; Prof. Cheung Kwok Cheung, MCMC Master; Prof. Tam Sik Chung, Interim SPC Master; Ms. Anita Chau, Head of Student Resources Section; and Ms. Stephanie Io, Head of Student Development.
