在本次講座中，范良火教授將從認識論角度出發，基於其對知識的定義和獨特見解，深入剖析知識的本質及其分類。隨後，他將結合自身在美國、新加坡和中國關於數學教師專業發展的研究，探討個體如何從多元管道獲取知識，並提升自身的認知能力和專業素養。最後，范教授將結合自身作為學習者、研究生導師和研究者的豐富經驗，深入探討如何突破學習的界限，並向研究生和研究人員提出寶貴建議。他將重點闡述在學習過程中應關注的關鍵要素，尤其是在人工智慧快速發展的時代

Lecture Topic: Learning Beyond Limits: How Does a Person’s Knowledge Grow?

Abstract:

In this lecture, Prof. Lianghuo Fan will first illustrate the nature and classification of knowledge from an epistemological perspective and based on his own definition of knowledge; then he will explain how a person can gain knowledge from different sources, by mainly drawing on his research on the professional development of mathematics teachers in the US, Singapore and China; and finally, using his own experiences as a learner, as a graduate supervisor and as a researcher, he will share his views and offer personal suggestions on how a person, a graduate student or a researcher, can learn beyond the limits and what should be aware of in the process of learning, particularly in this modern AI age.
