本通告由澳門大學研究生會製作、學生發展處代傳。
致各位准研究生畢業生：
大家好！
各位於2022/2023學年第一學期訂制的畢業袍即將製作完成。現特發此通告，請已購買畢業袍的同學於下述日期及時間攜帶學生證、買袍收據到S3-G017（研究生會辦公室）領取畢業袍。屆時如因本人個人原因無法親身到現場領取的，可以委託代領者攜帶被代領者的買袍收據、學生證影本以及授權書（附件1）前來領取。
領袍日期：2023年3月22至23日
領袍地點：S3-G017（研究生會辦公室）
辦公時間：14:00-17:00 19:00-23:00
若不在此時間段內領取，後續單獨領取將會被收取行政費20澳門元，望配合及互相轉告。

Dear students，
Greetings!
The production of ordered gowns for 2022/2023 Academic Year graduates will complete. Please bring your student ID card and receipt to S3-G017 (Office of University of Macau Postgraduate Association ) on the following date and time to pick up your gown. If you are unable to pick up your gown in person, you may appoint a representative to pick up it by bringing your receipt, a copy of your student ID card, and a letter of authorization (Attachment 1).
Date: March 22-23, 2023
Location: S3-G017 (UMPA office)
Office hours: 14:00-17:00 19:00-23:00
If you do not collect your gown during the mentioned schedule, an administrative fee of MOP 20 will be charged for special arrangement.
