Dear Students and Colleagues,

As Academic Year 2024/2025 is coming to an end, we are implementing special traffic arrangement to facilitate students move-out with their luggage  during the following period:

Move-Out period: May 10 to Jun 1, 2025

Time: 08:00 – 18:00

The road gates on Residence Avenue (near Staff Quarters) and Alumni Avenue (near E11) will be opened to vehicles of student residents or their parents. These vehicles may use the designated unloading points along the inner roads to unload luggage.  (Please refer to Loading Points 2025)

For safety’s sake, as well as protecting the rights of other road users, all vehicles on Alumni Avenue and Residence Avenue are not allowed to park or wait. It’s suggested to park your vehicles in the Visitor Car Parks P1, P3, P5 or P6 if parking is needed.

For vehicles without holding a specific entry permit, the driver is required to register his/her contact number with the on-site security guard or the entry request will be denied.

Please deliver the above message to related contractors and outlets. If there is any need for goods loading/unloading at the affected areas, please send email to <sfs.security@um.edu.mo> one day in advance. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and efficient move-out process. Please follow the instructions of the on-site security guards at all times.
