2025中藥機制與質量高級研修班結業禮於澳大舉行

由國家科技部中國科學技術交流中心和澳門特別行政區科學技術發展基金主辦,中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門大學、澳門科技大學)承辦,粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園協辦的“2025年中藥機制與質量高級研修班”於澳大舉行結業典禮及證書頒發儀式。研修班獲學員一致好評,表示其內容豐富,有效促進了中醫藥的國際交流與合作。

澳門特區科學技術發展基金行政委員會委員葉桂林表示,中醫藥產業歷來是澳門特區政府產業多元發展的重要方向,期望學員能將所學所獲轉化為實際行動,帶著合作機遇回到澳門。他強調,基金將全力支持澳門與各地的中醫藥交流與合作,攜手推動中醫藥國際發展。

澳大中華醫藥研究院院長、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門大學)主任陳新強調,澳大非常重視是次研修班的籌備工作,為遠道而來的學員安排豐富的課程內容,以期學員能夠深入了解中藥機制與質量研究的前沿技術。他亦期望通過研修班,加強中醫藥的國際合作。

來自葡萄牙的學員代表Frederico Carvalho表示,通過研修班的學習,他認識到澳門具備中醫藥國際化的多重優勢,包括科學卓越性、戰略前瞻性、國際聚合性等。他期待來自葡語系國家的學員能成為中藥國際化的傳播使者。

是次研修班於5月26日至30日在澳大舉行,課程設置兼具深度與廣度,不僅系統講授中藥作用機制研究、人工智能等前沿技術在中藥研發中的創新應用,還重點解析中藥在全球主要市場的註冊監管政策。師資方面,除中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門大學、澳門科技大學)的資深導師外,還特邀澳門特區政府藥物監督管理局專家、美國加州大學知名學者等組成多元化講師團隊。期間,學員還在澳門大學、澳門科技大學及粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園開展實地考察與交流,全面了解澳門中醫藥科技創新生態。

澳門特區政府經濟及科技發展局科技應用及支援處代處長胡振倫、西太區草藥監管協調論壇永久秘書處秘書長李紹平、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門大學)助理主任王勝鵬、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門科技大學)助理主任黃錦偉等亦出席了結業禮。

Closing ceremony for Advanced Training Programme for Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine 2025 held at UM

The closing ceremony and certificate presentation for the Advanced Training Programme for Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine 2025 was held at the University of Macau (UM). The programme was jointly organised by the China Science and Technology Exchange Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Science and Technology Development Fund of the Macao SAR. It is presented by the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine at both UM and the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), in collaboration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao (GMTCM). Participants praised the programme for its rich content and its effective promotion of international exchange and cooperation in Chinese medicine.

The training programme took place at UM from 26 to 30 May. It covered research on Chinese medicine mechanisms, the application of cutting-edge technologies in Chinese medicine research and development, and global registration and regulatory policies. Participants also visited UM, MUST, and GMTCM to gain a comprehensive understanding of innovations in Chinese medicine technology in Macao.

Frederico Carvalho, a participant from Portugal, said that the training programme enabled him to understand Macao’s advantages in promoting the internationalisation of Chinese medicine, such as its research capabilities, strategic foresight, and international connections. He expressed hope that participants from Portuguese-speaking countries will contribute to the internationalisation of Chinese medicine.
