8月30日，澳門大學將迎來一場萬眾矚目的國際語言盛會——「2025年全球大學演講邀請賽」！屆時，來自英國牛津大學、美國史丹福大學、新加坡國立大學、清華大學、北京大學、日本東京大學、加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學、浙江大學、韓國高麗大學、葡國里斯本大學，以及東道主澳門大學等世界頂尖學府的演講精英，將同場競技，帶來一場智慧與口才交鋒、思想與文化交融的巔峰盛事。
活動亮點
* 兩場實戰型演講技巧工作坊（上午）
由2019年世界演講錦標賽（World Championship of Public Speaking®）季軍楊光耀先生主講《站出來．說出來．領未來》，以及「香港演講」創辦人兼教練 Brian Hodgson先生主講《如何驚豔眾人——即興演講的五大策略》，讓你快速提升舞台表達力與即場應變力！

The World Universities Public Speaking Invitational Championship 2025 is coming to UM!
On 30 August 2025, the University of Macau will host the highly anticipated World Universities Public Speaking Invitational Championship 2025! Top public speaking talents from the University of Oxford (UK), Stanford University (USA), National University of Singapore, Tsinghua University, Peking University, University of Tokyo (Japan), University of British Columbia (Canada), Zhejiang University, Korea University, University of Lisbon (Portugal), and the University of Macau, will gather on one stage for a thrilling contest of eloquence, intellect, and cross-cultural exchange.

• 報名成功將由專人以電郵通知。“報名確認電郵”將於8月25日（一）16:00後發出。到時候請你查看澳大電郵，包括垃圾郵件匣。沒收到“報名確認電郵”即代表報名不被接納。
Points to note:
• This registration is solely for expressing the individual’s intent to apply for the event and does not guarantee that the registrant will receive quotas.
• All event registrations are done ONLINE.
• Limited quotas are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Each student can only register ONCE. Duplicate registrations will be invalidated.
• Successful registration will be notified by email. Confirmation emails will be sent after 16:00 on 25 August (Monday). Please check your UM email, including junk/spam folders. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive confirmation.
“至叻星計劃”領取規定
少於或等於一小時的活動 (0.5粒至叻星)
1. 同學出席整個活動及準時到達將獲得0.5粒至叻星
2. 同學遲到或早退超過五分鐘將不能獲得至叻星
3. 學生於活動期間離場超過十分鐘將不能獲得至叻星
4. 同學需要於進場時出示學生證登記; 若同學不尊重活動場合或不遵守工作人員的指示，學生事務部有權取消其獲得至叻星的資格
多於一小時的活動 (１粒至叻星)
1. 同學出席整個活動及準時到達將獲得1粒至叻星
2. 同學遲到或早退少過十分鐘將獲得半粒至叻星
3. 同學遲到或早退超過十分鐘將不能獲得至叻星
4. 學生於活動期間離場超過十五分鐘將不能獲得至叻星
5. 同學需要於進場時出示學生證登記；若同學不尊重活動場合或不遵守工作人員的指示，學生事務部有權取消其獲得至叻星的資格
注意事項：
1. 倘若同學以不誠實的行為取得至叻星分數，一經發現將被取消相關的至叻星並予以電郵警告，且違紀學生將被取消參加由學生事務部主辦的暑期交流計劃的資格。此外，學生事務部將保留向違紀學生提起學生紀律程序的權利
2. 至叻星申領規定需告示於活動的電子公告欄及宣傳海報上
Smart Point Awarding Rules:
Activity LESS than or EQUAL to 1 hour (0.5SP)
1. Students who attend the WHOLE activity and arrive ON TIME will be given 0.5 Smart Point
2. Students who arrive late or leave early over than 5 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point
3. Students who leave the venue during the activity for over 10 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point
4. Students are required to check in/out of the activity with Student ID Card. For those who do not respect the activity or neglect the staff’s guidance, SAO reserves the right to cancel his/her Smart Point.
Activity MORE than 1 hour (1SP)
1. Students who attend the WHOLE activity and arrive ON TIME will be given one Smart Point
2. Students who arrive late or leave early within 10 minutes will be given only half a Smart Point
3. Students who arrive late or leave early over 10 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point
4. Students who leave the venue during the activity for over 15 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point
5. Students are required to check in/out of the activity with Student ID Card. For those who do not respect the activity or neglect the staff’s guidance, SAO reserves the right to cancel his/her Smart Point
Point to note:
1. A student who obtains any smart point through dishonest behavior will receive a warning email and the smart point will be cancelled. The student will also be ineligible to take part in the SAO-organized summer exchange programme for the current academic year. In addition, SAO reserves the right to conduct disciplinary action against the student.
2. The above Smart Point rules and regulations should be posted on the E-Bulletin, a poster of the activity
