餵食流浪動物看似是一種對動物友善的行為,但實際上可能會帶來一些環境和健康影響,如環境衛生問題、流浪動物過渡繁殖及引發傳染病風險等。大學一直關注校內流浪動物的情況,為讓校內教職員及學生能更深入了解應如何對待流浪動物,安健及環境事務辦公室將與人人流浪狗澳門義工團擧辦「校園內應否餵飼流浪動物?」講座,詳情如下:

Dear colleagues and students,
Feeding stray animals may seem like an act of kindness towards animals, but in reality, it can cause environmental and health issues such as environmental hygiene problems, overpopulation of stray animals and risk of spreading infectious diseases. The University has always kept a close eye on the situation of stray animals on campus. In order to let our staff and students to have a better understanding on how to treat stray animals, the Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs together with Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Volunteer Group are jointly organizing the “Should Stray Animals be fed on Campus?” seminar. Detail as below:

Remark: All registered participants will be given light lunch. Students will also be given 0.5 Smart Point and 10 CS of the “Healthy Lifestyle” area of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.
