2025-2026學年研究生畢業生購買畢業袍細則及須知
有關本屆研究生畢業生購買畢業袍安排如下：
1. 碩士學位畢業生
1.1 本屆碩士學位 畢業袍套裝價格為每套 MOP405，畢業袍套裝包含禮袍、方 帽、披肩及領帶。畢業生應可因應自身情況選擇單件配件購買，價格如下：

1.2 澳門大學研究生會畢業生委員會將會在各項目收取約8%的行政費（為方便收款，價格有MOP1-2元的差異，不便之處敬請見諒）。行政費用將用作其他畢業系列活動的資金。
1.3 同學如欲購買畢業袍或其相關配件，可掃描右方二維碼進行信息填寫與預訂購買。填寫表格及繳費截止日期為 2025年 11 月 18日下午6時整，逾期不再接受一切預訂！

1.4 畢委會將安排製袍公司於指定日期前往澳門大學為購買畢業袍的同學們進行量袍服務，以確保同學們之畢業袍尺寸合適。
1.5 填寫了問卷的同學需盡快向問卷中提供的澳門中銀賬號轉賬並保留轉賬截圖，到現場時再出示您的轉賬截圖進行登記並量袍。
1.6 畢業袍量袍日期為 2025年 11月21日及 22日上午9時至12時，下午12時30分至18時30分，地點為 E31-1002。如遇到不可抗力因素，補量袍時間爲 2025年11月 24日上午 9 時至下午17 時，地點為 E31-1002。
1.7 本次購買畢業袍係為明年的畢業集體照拍攝以及畢業典禮等畢業生活動。（溫馨 提示：爲確保影像與畢業活動的莊重、統一，學校要求必須穿着合規的畢業袍方能參 與。建議大家提前購置，妥善準備，以免錯過任何珍貴環節。）
2. 博士學位畢業生

1、2025-2026 研究生畢業袍訂製為批量統一訂製，本學年訂製機會僅此一次。同學 若錯過此次訂製，畢委會將不接受任何形式的補訂。不便之處，敬請見諒;
2、所填寫之問卷只作統計畢業袍數據之用，同學是否成功預訂購買畢業袍是以現場確認完畢並成功量袍後所留下的收據為準，請各位同學悉心保管好此收據。

Notice for General Assembly Graduation Committee No. 8/2025
2025-2026 Guideline for Purchasing Postgraduate Graduation Gown
The arrangements for purchasing graduation gowns for this year’s graduate students are as follows:
1. Master Degree Graduate
1.1 After negotiation, the price of this Master’s degree graduation gown set is MOP405 per set. The set includes a gown, a cap, a hood, and a black tie. Students are allowed to purchase single item due to their personal needs, the price is as follows:

1.2 The Graduate Committee of the UMPA will charge an administrative fee of about 8% for each project (The price varies by MOP1-2 for payment convenience, sorry for any inconvenience). Administrative fees will be used to fund other graduation series activities.
1.3 If students want to purchase the graduation gown or its related accessories, please scan the QR code on the right side to make a reservation. The deadline for completing the form and payment is 6pm on 18 November 2025. Late bookings will not be accepted!

1.4 The Graduation Committee will arrange the gown making company to go to the University of MACAU on the specified date to measure the gown of the students to ensure that the size of the graduation gown is appropriate.
1.5 Students who have completed the questionnaire are required to transfer money to the Bank of China Macau account provided in the questionnaire as soon as possible and keep the transfer screenshot. Present the transfer screenshot after arriving at the scene for registration and then measurement the size.
1.6 Time of measuring is from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., on November 21st and November 22nd, 2025, at E31-1002. In case of any force majeure factors, the replenishment period for the academic gown will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the November 24th 2025, and the location will be E31-1002.
1.7 The purchase of graduation gowns is intended for next year’s graduation activities, including group graduation photos and the commencement ceremony. (Notes: To ensure the solemnity and uniformity of imagery and graduation events, the university requires all participants to wear compliant graduation gowns. We advise everyone to purchase gowns in advance and prepare accordingly to avoid missing any precious moments.)
2. Doctoral Degree Graduate
2.1 Doctoral Degree graduates may order custom-made graduation gowns at the following stores.

Notes:
1) The 2025-2026 graduate graduation gown is a batch uniform order, and this academic year’s order opportunity is only once. If students miss this order, the Graduation Committee will not accept any form of replacement order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused;
2) The questionnaire filled in is only for the purpose of statistics of graduation gowns. Whether students have successfully booked and purchased graduation gowns is subject to the receipt left after the on-site confirmation and successful measurement of the gowns. Please take good care of this receipt.
