親愛的同事及同學們：

安健及環境事務辦公室於健康大學月(2025年11月)安排了一系列的精彩活動向大家推廣健康、安全及環境保護訊息 (活動詳情將持續更新於本部門網頁)，而壓軸活動健康大學嘉年華將於11月26日舉行，誠邀所有教職員及學生出席，詳情如下：

日期：26/11/2025 (星期三)

時間：12:00 – 15:00 (舞台儀式及表演將於13:00 – 13:35進行)

地點：澳大聚賢樓 (N1)地下多功能廳

內容：嘉年華啟動儀式、｢秋日涼風挑戰｣抽獎、節能活動嘉許禮、扯鈴表演、唱歌表演、齊來做運動；十多個政府部門和澳大部門將設立主題攤位與大家同樂，內容涵蓋健康生活、中醫保健、動物保護、職安健、節水節能、防罪防騙、預防濫藥、分類回收、「運動良藥®在校園」計劃、實驗室及防火安全等。現場有大量紀念品派發，先到先得，派完即止。

另外，凡報名的參加者可獲輕便午餐。

參與6個或以上遊戲後可獲贈健康食品，數量有限，送完即止。學生健康環保大使可獲3個健康環保FUN。

報名方法：
請於19/11/2025或之前按以下方式報名。截止報名後我們將聯絡大家領取輕食券及禮品券於當天使用。

Dear colleagues and students,

In Healthy University Month (November 2025), Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs has prepared a series of wonderful activities to promote health, safety and environmental protection (details of the activities will be continuously updated on HSEO website). The finale of the series, Healthy University Carnival, will be held on 26th November. All UM staff and students are welcome. Please refer to the details below:

Date:  26/11/2025 (Wednesday)

Time: 12:00 – 15:00 (ceremony and performance on stage: 13:00 – 13:35)

Venue: Multi-function Hall, G/F, UM Guest House (N1)

Content: kick-off ceremony of the carnival, lucky draw of “Fall Chill Air Challenge”, recognition ceremony of energy-saving campaign, diabolo performance, singing performance and exercise. Besides, over 10 game booths on healthy lifestyle, Traditional Chinese Medicine healthcare, animal protection, occupational hygiene, water and electricity saving, crime and fraud prevention, drug abuse prevention, recycling, “Exercise is Medicine® On Campus (EIM-OC)” campaign, laboratory safety, fire safety, etc. will be arranged by governmental units and UM units.
A lot of souvenirs on a first-come-first-served basis will be given. Don’t miss the chance!

All registered participants will be given light lunch.

Healthy food will be given on a first-come-first-served basis to participants who complete at least 6 games. Student Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.

Registration:
Please register by 19/11/2025. We will then contact you to get the refreshment vouchers and gift vouchers to be used on that day after the registration deadline.
