MCM College: “Email Writing Etiquette” Workshop
滿珍紀念書院:「電子郵件寫作禮儀」工作坊

On 17th November, 2025, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau hosted a workshop on email writing etiquette. The workshop aimed to help students master professional email writing skills and enhance communication abilities in academic and future workplace settings. The workshop was led by Resident Tutor, Evelyn Liang, who began by emphasizing the importance of email etiquette. This was followed by an introduction to the basic structure of professional emails and examples of expressions for each section. The instructor also demonstrated step-by-step how to set up an email signature in Outlook, assisting participants in creating personalized and professional signature files. By incorporating practical scenarios, participants further learned how to write clear and concise emails suitable for situations such as requesting leave from professors, asking questions about classes, and scheduling appointments. This workshop provided participants with practical knowledge on writing professional emails and adhering to etiquette standards, as well as learning to adjust email content according to different contexts, thereby improving clarity and appropriateness in writing and boosting confidence in formal written communication.












2025年11月17日,澳門大學滿珍紀念書院舉辦了一場關於電子郵件寫作禮儀的工作坊,旨在幫助同學掌握專業電子郵件撰寫技巧,提升在學術及未來職場中的溝通能力。工作坊由書院助教梁煦清擔任導師,並以強調電子郵件禮儀的重要性作為開場,隨後介紹了專業電子郵件的基本結構及各部分的表達範例。導師更逐步示範如何在Outlook中設置電子簽名,協助參與者建立個人化且專業的簽名檔。透過結合實際應用場景,參與者進一步學習如何撰寫清晰簡潔的電子郵件,以適用於請教授批准請假、詢問課堂問題以及安排預約等情境。此次工作坊為參與者提供了撰寫專業電子郵件及遵循禮儀規範的實用知識,同時學習如何根據不同情境調整電子郵件內容,從而提升寫作的清晰度與恰當性,增強在正式書面溝通中的自信。
