最高人民法院副院長下周三於澳大談知識產權司法保護
澳門大學將於11月26日（星期三）舉辦“大學講壇”，邀請最高人民法院副院長陶凱元圍繞“科技創新背景下中國知識產權司法保護的機遇、挑戰與應對”發表演說，深入探討在中國加快科技創新的背景下，知識產權司法保護面臨的新形勢及制度回應。歡迎有興趣人士參加。
陶凱元現任第十四屆全國政協常委、最高人民法院副院長、審判委員會委員、二級大法官。她長期致力於知識產權法治建設及相關司法改革，是中國知識產權司法領域的重要學者與領導者。
講座設有與談環節，與談人包括最高人民法院知識產權法庭副庭長朱理及深圳市中級人民法院知識產權法庭三級高級法官祝建軍。問答及交流環節由澳大法學院院長唐曉晴主持。

Vice president of Supreme People’s Court to give talk on judicial protection of intellectual property rights at UM next Wednesday
The University of Macau (UM) will hold a talk titled ‘Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in China: Opportunities, Challenges, and Strategic Responses in the Era of Technological Innovation’ on 26 November (Wednesday) as part of the University Lecture Series. The speaker, Tao Kaiyuan, vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, will discuss new developments and institutional responses in the judicial protection of intellectual property rights amid China’s rapid technological innovation. All are welcome to attend.
