澳大校長出席一體推進教育科技人才發展研討會
澳門大學校長宋永華出席在南方科技大學舉行的“錨定教育強國目標，落實立德樹人根本任務，一體推進教育科技人才發展研討會”，與多名大學校長共同聚焦新時代拔尖創新人才培養的重要問題，為推動教育強國建設提供實踐思路和智力支撐。
中國高等教育學會會長、教育部原副部長林蕙青，廣東省教育廳黨組成員、副廳長馮偉，深圳市教育局黨組成員、二級巡視員關蘇等政府代表出席活動。宋永華與哈爾濱工業大學校長韓杰才、浙江大學校長馬琰銘、西安交通大學校長張立群、中山大學校長高松、深圳大學校長毛軍發、上海科技大學校長封東來、西湖大學校長施一公、寧波東方理工大學校長陳十一等多名大學校長探討面向前沿、面向世界、面向未來的中國高等教育發展路徑。
宋永華以《教育強國建設背景下澳門大學“三位一體”的發展與布局》為題作報告，系統闡述了澳大的發展背景與時代要求，介紹了近年來的建設進展，並深入解讀了澳大創新生態鏈的布局與實踐。他指出，澳大作為“一國兩制”框架下的重要高等學府，始終以服務澳門發展為己任，並積極融入粵港澳大灣區建設。面向未來，澳大將持續推動“雙校區”一體化協同發展，構建學科交叉融合、體系綜合均衡、科研育人協同格局；進一步激發科研創新活力，深化與大灣區的産學研合作，助力國家實現高水平科技自立自強；著力打造國際高端人才高地，吸引全球優秀師生團隊；積極促進“澳門＋橫琴”一體化，以“大學—産業—城市”聯動模式，助力澳門經濟適度多元化發展，努力成為“一國兩制”下高等教育的創新典範。
南方科技大學校長薛其坤為南科大發展情況作報告，從發展沿革、頂層設計、文化理念、學科體系、師資隊伍、學生培養、科研創新、社會服務、校園建設、國際聲譽等多個維度展開系統回顧，並深入剖析南科大15年改革創新與實踐。封東來圍繞上海科技大學使命與定位、近期發展概況、服務國家戰略與科研布局、成果轉化與創新創業生態、人才培養特色等方面進行分享。施一公介紹了西湖大學在大學治理機制、評價體系改革、人才培養模式上的探索，並指出中國大學在快速發展的同時，更需要關注原創學術質量的提升。陳十一介紹了世界一流大學的發展趨勢，指出大學與城市互相依存、互融共生，並表示寧波東方理工大學將根植於寧波的創新創業沃土，不斷探索新型教育形態、新型學科布局、新型培養模式、新型治理結構，以及新型管理體系。
出席活動的澳大代表還有全球事務總監王春明等。

UM rector attends Seminar on Promoting Integrated Development of Education, Technology and Talent
Yonghua Song, rector of the University of Macau (UM), attended the Seminar on Building China into a Leading Country in Education, Carrying Out the Basic Task of Fostering Virtue through Education, and Promoting Integrated Development of Education, Technology and Talent held at the Southern University of Science and Technology. The event brought together presidents from various universities to discuss critical issues related to nurturing top-tier innovators in the new era and to offer practical insights for advancing the construction of a leading country in education.
Song delivered a presentation titled ‘UM’s “3-in-1” Development and Layout in the Context of Building China into a Leading Country in Education.’ He systematically explained the university’s development and the demands of the era, highlighted the progress made in recent years, and provided an in-depth interpretation of the layout and practice of UM’s innovation ecosystem. He emphasised that, as a leading higher education institution under the ‘One Country, Two Systems’ framework, UM is committed to serving Macao and integrating itself into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In the future, UM will continue to promote ‘Dual Campus Integration’ and establish an educational framework that is balanced, interdisciplinary, research-driven, and collaborative. To further strengthen its research and innovation capabilities, UM will leverage its research platforms to deepen industry-academia collaboration in the Greater Bay Area and support the national goal of achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance. In additional, UM will also develop the Macao as an international hub for high-calibre talent, attracting outstanding faculty and students. Through a ‘university-industry-city’ model, UM will support the integration of Macao and Hengqin and contribute to the diversification of Macao’s economy, becoming an example of the successful implementation of the ‘One Country, Two Systems’ policy in Macao.
