- DUO Mobile顯示「帳戶已停用」或「重新連結帳戶」
- 遺失了雙重認證服務的註冊手機
- 需要「旁路代碼」
- DUO Mobile沒有彈出推送通知
- 尚未啟用雙重認證

更換了新手機設備?
如果您更換了2FA手機設備、或DUO Mobile 顯示「帳戶已停用」/ 顯示「重新連結帳戶」、或其他 DUO Mobile 錯誤訊息,請依照此指引重新設定2FA。

What should I do if I encounter the following situations when using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
- Changed your 2FA phone device
- DUO Mobile shows “Account disabled” or “Reconnect your account”
- Lost 2FA registered phone
- Need a Bypass code
- DUO Mobile isn’t showing push notifications
- Not yet enable Two-Factor Authentication



Here are the answers to these questions
Changed 2FA Phone Device?
If you have changed your 2FA device, or DUO Mobile shows “Account disabled” / “Reconnect your account”, or encounter other DUO Mobile errors, please follow this guideline to reactivate 2FA.
Lost 2FA Registered Phone? Need Bypass Code?
If you have lost the phone used to register for the 2FA service, or if you need a “bypass code” to log in, please follow this guideline to obtain a bypass code yourself.
DUO Mobile Does Not Show Push Notifications?
If your DUO Mobile does not prompt up any push notifications recently, please update the Duo Mobile app to version 4.85.0 or higher.
Not Yet Enable Two-Factor Authentication?
ICTO recommends that you enable Two-Factor Authentication to protect your account and data. Please refer to the guideline to apply for Two-Factor Authentication through the UM App.
